It was nice. The staff was friendly, but the brochures need to be updated with the correct pricing, also it would be nice to know that they don’t provide certain spa services when you’re the only one asking for it. If I had know that and that the restaurants were closed most of the time, I probably would’ve gone where it was more consistent.

I couldn’t even get to the venue, they didn’t answer their phones for a whole two days when I was trying to explore how best to get there. Very poor service, called, sent emails, no response. Never again!
