There were walking dining options. It was confortable and convenient because it was near the toll way. The only thing that we didn't like is that the reservation stated that breakfast was included. But when we arrived the receptionist told us that we need to pay for it and was not included. Either the advertisement in expedia was incorrect, or the hotel was charging extra to make more money. I explain this to the receptionist, without success. Which is the reason for the three stars, because for the price I paid for the night plus the breakfasts for all the family I could have found another hotel that includes breakfast in the price and for a cheaper price.

Séjour impeccable au Kyriad Clermont-Ferrand Nord - Riom : chambre propre, confortable et bien équipée, accueil très agréable. Le seul petit bémol : il manquait un bouilloire dans la chambre. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésiter !

I was not feeling welcomed at all. Very unfriendly check in. At the breakfast I asked something and I got a very rude answer . I can see that there is way to less People working there. But still I was not feeling welcome. The fruit was already old, that you couldn't eat it. As well the eggs where almost liquid. No clean tables. I was looking forward to sleep at this Place since it was so high rated, but I can't support it. And at the check out there was only one Person eating while checking People out. So please, you need more People working there

Emplacement proche des axes routiers mais sans les nuisances sonores, personnel d'accueil souriant et courtois (un bonus pour le personnel de restauration et de menage : discret, efficace et a l'écoute).
