Top notch staff & service. Clean rooms, big beds, wifi, we did laundry, we did couples massages, free breakfast in the restaurant attached to it. Safe neighborhood, close to shopping and transportation. Rodrigo did an amazing job. Transport to Quito airport provided.

Overall beautiful property in Riobamba. My husband & I were originally placed in a much smaller room than what we had booked. A bit of an inconvenience, but staff corrected situation once I informed them. Loved the suite (once we were moved to the correct room) & would highly recommend!! We were not given any information about breakfast, spa, etc. when we checked in so that would be my suggestion for an area to improve on

Beautiful old building fully restored maintaining the wooden beams and antiguo character. But the modern comforts like shower, bed, windows all working well. Clean towels of various sizes and sizeable bathroom. Cleaning is excellent. The rooms are all on an inside courtyard, so no street noise. I did not use the spa, but there is personnel on hand for massages and a sauna, etc. There is a locked parking directly in the backyard, so no need to use the street. The hotel is very safe, i never worried about my car or my possessions in the hotel. The owner is always around making sure the guests are happy and taking care of any needs. He even walked me to the restaurant they recommended. There is a full kitchen and they could take care of any special food needs, for example if you are travelling with a baby or special children. Location is great in the centre and close to sights, i never needed my car. You could stay a week in this hotel and be very happy.

Very nice stay in this beautiful classic building. We had a king suite which came with double sink, shower and a soaking bathtub in the suite. Nice big comfortable king bed. The staff were always very friendly. Food at the restaurant was very nice. The hotel is right in the center of riobamba, 10 minute stroll to the main strip of restaurants and bars/clubs. 2 minutes from the central park and the train station. Very safe town, had a great time. Would definitely stay here again.

We got a standard room paying $85 which is on the high end for Ecuador. The rooms were old, the bathtub warped as you stepped on it. Later, we arrived late at night and could not contact the receptionist either by knocking on the door nor calling the phone numbers they gave us. There was no doorbell either, we finally got in contact with him and he let us in with no apology. The photos don’t match the property I’d look elsewhere.

We stayed here because it was recommended in the 2022 Lonely Planet. The property was beautiful, the room was cramped as the Loenly Planet mentioned. Everything was clean and staff were very attentive. We visited the spa twice, which is only open by appointment right now. I thought it was overpriced, but it was very pretty and clean. It was $44 for use of the jacussi for 2 hours and $55 for jacuzzi with the two saunas. We also did a couple massage which was $80 total. That was already, I wouldn't do it again. The parking was a little inconvenient but it was still nice to have safe parking. There is a gate in the back of the property that they have to open for you to put the car into. The free breakfast is great. Overall I would recommend this place.

Nos dieron un cuarto que no era el que reservamos porque sobre vendieron el hotel. Nos dieron spa de regalo por el mal rato y no servia nada de las instalaciones: ni el hidrocarburos ni los saunas calentaban. Hicieron un concierto en el lobby del hotel y no se podía descansar por la bulla. El desayuno elemental (tuvimos que ir a desayunar a otro lugar). Y el recepcionista renegó unas cuantas veces de problemas internos al frente mio… muy poco profesional todo. El hotel es bonito pero me lleve una mala experiencia con la atención y encima no responden.

Sehr stilvolles und sehr gepflegtes Hotel mit vielen wunderschönen Details. Im Zentrum und fußläufig zu einigen Sehenswürdigkeiten von Riobamba. Auch die Einrichtung der Zimmer zeiugt von guten Geschmack. Hervorragende Matratzen. Sehr zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter. Sehr guter und geschmackvoller Spa-Bereich.
