The place is fantastically beautiful and has nice features as the thermal water pools, great food/culinary and so much variety of things to do. We recommend at least four days stay.

- Staff were very friendly. - Breakfast and dinner that was included was nice, everything menu slightly changing was great. - Pool would have been nicer if it was warmer. - Collecting the scavenger (missao) hunt prize was not very clear so our son missed receiving his prize at the end of the trip (we were told to text on whatsapp but we found out the day we left that we had to collect at a different hotel) - Sink area in the hotel room's bathroom sink had black gunk/mold around the back area of the faucet. I cleaned it myself since we were already unpacked with 5 people's luggage. - ALL OTHER WERE AMAZING.

Hotel Luupi - bom, mas não encanta

A estadia foi boa. O apartamento é espaçoso, limpo, as camas são confortáveis e o chuveiro excelente. Deveria ter microondas no quarto (há uma única copa de bebê no hotel e só lá tem o microondas, mas é desagradavel aquecer leite para criança a noite ou de madrugada e ter que sair do quarto e andar em área aberta para chegar ao local onde tem microondas. Também não há como pendurar as roupas molhadas, o que para estadias longas te obriga a usar lavanderia paga e cara. Os funcionários deste hotel não tem autonomia ou conhecimento para ajudar na compra das fotos tiradas nos parques, precisa se deslocar a outro hotel, acabei ficando sem as fotos. O jantar também é em outro hotel da rede, então precisa se deslocar de ônibus, sendo que o próprio hotel possui restaurante que não é utilizado no jantar. O hotel tem potencial para ser excelente, mas não é, porque não tem comodidades simples, que outros hotéis oferecem. Voltaria apenas se o intuito fosse ficar no máximos dois dias.

Hotel bom porém fora do resort.

O Hotel é bom. Quarto espacoso. Cafe da manhã farto porém após o cafe da manhã o hotel fica praticamente deserto. Tentei tomar um café a tarde e o bar estava fechado. O jantar não é no hotel, é no hotel pousada que fica a uns 2km dentro do resort. O jotel possui apenas 2 piscinas e fica fora do resort. Para ir aos parques precisa pegar um onibus ou ir de carro. São 5 min de carro. Bem pertonho.

Termos que nos deslocar para jantar em outro local, em um ônibus cheio e desconfortável foi um grande transtorno e muito desagradável. O Hotel tem que oferecer o jantar no próprio hotel e não nos obrigar a ter que realizar esse deslocamento totalmente desagradável

Péssima experiência

Com ressalvas aos excelentes funcionários do hotel: Waltair, Inara e Gustavo. Nosso quarto era de frente a uma rampa de acesso para todos os outros blocos, havia pessoas passando o tempo todo, razãopela qual não podíamos sequer abrir as cortinas; - abordagem na recepção do hotel por pessoas querendo vender produtos; - o jantar era realizado em outro hotel, era preciso pegar ônibus; - chegamos de viagem, fomos ao bar da piscina às 14h50 para comer algo, como haveria troca da equipe às 15h20, não era possível fazer pedido de tira-gosto, tivemos que esperar a troca e, só então, quase às 17h, conseguimos comer alguma coisa.

O telefone do quarto não estava funcionando, isto causou muitos transtornos pois tinha quevir sempre até a recepção pedir algo, a cirtina da sala estava travada e soltando do trilho... reclamei e disseram que mandariam a manutenção... não mandaram. O quarto não tinha chave na porta, o que diminuiu minha privacidade pous fui com meus filhos... o aplicativo "SOL" assistente é muito ruim... demora muito pra responder, quando resolve.

Então tive uma experiência muito ruim com a o jantar. Que no local aonde eu estava não tinha o jantar tive que me deslocar com uma criança de 2 anos ficar o tempo frio e chegando lá minha filha dormiu com fome. Sem falar que a comida não era boa.

Bom hotel, com acomodações confortáveis e um excelente café da manhã. Falha nas demais refeições (principalmente jantar) pois não estão disponiveis no hotel, mesmo se contratado pensão completa. É necessario pegar um ônibus para fazer um transfer para outro hotel da rede, distante aproximadamente 10 minutos para realizar as refeições. Para quem nao contratou pensão completa, tem q sair na cidade ou pedir um delivery (poucas opções de qualidade em Rio Quente) para realizar as refeições. Se isso nao for um problema pra vc, recomendo o hotel luupi, pra mim foi um problema por conta dos meus dois filhos.

Ótima experiência, no geral.

Muito bom o Luppi! É um dos Flats reformado e reestilizado. O quarto é bem grande e confortável. Piscinas limpas. O café da manhã maravilhoso, a melhor tapioca e omelete! Pecou quanto ao check-in demorado e ao serviço de quarto, pois ficamos 4 dias sem que recolhessem os lixos, trocassem as toalhas e arrumassem o quarto.
