We arrived tired from a long drive. Walked into room found in horrible condition , unsanitary. Immediately went down to front desk and asked for cancellation.. and left property searching for another hotel. Complaint to ORBITZ about working with this hotel that uses misleading and fraudulent information to take people’s money. ORBITZ said that they tried to get a refund and were not successful. I lost 245$. On this horrible experience. Filing complaint with proper authorities in Mexico.

Me encanto

El pueblo es muy tranquilo, el hotel está a un lado del faro, frente al malecón, y de ahí salen las lanchas para los paseos, a un Lado está un restaurante que abre desde las 7am, el cuarto tenía una vista muy bonita, nos gustó mucho porque no alcanzamos el Paseo para ver los flamingos ni las coloradas y preferimos dormir ahí para estar más cerca y muy bien, fuimos al tour de Azael y excelente, eso sí oscurece a las 6:30 y ya no hay nada que hacer,

Parfait emplacement

Un endroit simple et incroyable à recommander à Rio Lagartos. Magnifique lever de soleil à observer. Un excellent capitaine : Paco pour le tour de la Biosphère en bateau. Seul bémol : nous sommes restés 2 nuits et nos chambres n’ont pas été faites. Aussi, il n’est pas précisé sur Hôtels.com que le petit-dej. est inclus, nous l’avons pris à côté le premier matin. Merci pour ce séjour

Una estancia ideal! Definitivamente el mejor hotel de Rio Lagartos. El estacionamiento es pequeño pero está dentro del hotel. A pie de playa y con excelentes camas. Muy limpio y espacioso para lo que pagas. Volveremos sin duda.

El lugar bien, pero la atención pésima la señorita que me recibió con muy mala actitud incluso grosera, al grado que me dijo que si no quería la habitación que buscar a otro lugar, solo x preguntar donde estacionarnos,que el estacionamiento es muy pequeño y no tiene la capacidad para el número de habitaciones.

The Perfect Getaway........

This was a return trip for us to Rio Lagartos and it’s just the perfect hotel with rooms overlooking the ocean. The owners are so friendly, remembered us and we had our favorite room again. King size beds, AC, fans and nice bathroom amenities made for a wonderful relaxing stay.
