Es hat 15 Minuten gedauert bis das Wasser in der Dusche nicht mehr eiskalt war. Leider gab es auch keine Option für den Sonnenaufgang ans Meer zu gehen, da die Rezeption noch nicht auf war und man uns über Nacht eingesperrt hat. Check in hat ewig gedauert, da es Internet Probleme gab und die Karte nicht belastet werden konnte. Ansonsten hübsch, super Lage, toller Balkon.

The pool was a little off. Not as clear as it should be. The property next door blasted music from 11pm till 2am both nights we were there. Really loud. Earplugs no help loud

Muchos borrachos, poca seguridad

El hotel está bien, limpio y cómodo pero desafortunadamente nos toco un grupo de borrachos que toda la noche no paro de molestar y nadie del hotel que pudiera poner orden, muy desafortunado y por lo que se ve es muy común que pase

It's a little tired and could use some upgrading and modernizing, in areas such as lighting, furniture and general maintenance.

From the minute we walked in we realized that there were things that were never listed such as charging extra for using Visa or Mastercard, only two towels per room (no hand or face towels), no bottle water in the room, no ice anywhere on the property, coffee was horrible and the so called "breakfast" was made up of bread, cereal and bananas while the staff were eating hot breakfast. Generally speaking: waste of money.

Hotel buono considerando il posto.

L'hotel è di un livello abbastanza buono considerato in quale parte di Messico ci siamo spinti. La camera era grande, il bagno abbastanza piccolo la colazione compresa abbastanza povera. Ma per la zona dove siamo finiti penso che il livello sia molto buono. Rio Lagartos è un paesino in via di sviluppo e che beneficia della biosfera che si trova nella laguna come elemento attrattivo. Vale la pena spingersi fino quí per vedere bellissime e diverse specie animali come il fenicottero rosa.

Super bel hotel, bien entretenu, belle déco extérieur, belle vue, climatisation efficace. Propreté de la chambre et des aires commune. Piscine bien entretenu, wi-fi fonctionnel dans notre chambre. Beau petit dejeuner inclus. Tout est parfait. Nous avons été agréablement surpris car les photo sur les sites de réservation ne sont pas si avantageuse, cest mieux en vrai. Très grand parking sécuritaire à l'arrière de lhotel.

Pequeño y encantador

El hotel está muy bien cuidado , es pequeño pero es justo lo que se necesita por que hasta con alberca cuenta ... las habitaciones son muy cómodas y el personal es muy amable . OJO el restaurante no está en el hotel , se encuentra a unas cuadras de ahí , pero puedes escoger entre ese o en las otras opciones qué hay en el pueblo.

El hotel en general cuenta con todo lo que necesitas para el viaje. Ubicación excelente porque está justo frente al malecón, hay muchos restaurantes cerca, cuenta con estacionamiento, a/c, alberca y desayuno continental. El personal es muy amable.

Chouette petit hôtel

Chouette petit hôtel à Rio Lagartos. Tout est plutôt correct sans étant transcendent. Le propriétaire est super gentil et nous a organisé notre excursion du lendemain. Parking et petit déjeuner inclus. Location de vélo possible et top pour visiter la ville.

Rose: les flamants et le lac

Beau village de pêcheurs encore authentique. Le village est le long de la lagune. Tour en bateau pour voir les oiseaux, les flamants roses, les crocodiles et le lac rose. Très bon séjour.
