Vacations Close To Rio Grande

This is a nice hotel. It’s not worth the money they charge. They don’t have a microwave and some rooms don’t have refrigerators. The check in desk stays busy with long lines . I was on the 2nd floor where the pool was and it stayed busy and noisy. The pool closed at. 6:00 which is crazy considering how hot Las Vegas is. My room did not have a view . The view was a brick wall which was not good. The beds are very low and sit on a platform. Everything in and around the hotel is expensive .

Very helpful staff and excellent location. Rooms were large and spacious.

The room was great. The property was not to bad. The issue was the pool. They have 4 pools but the best one was closed. In the morning they had only one pool open and it was the kids pool and it was cold. The adult pool did not open till noon. All of the waterfalls did not work. When the staff was asked about it they all had different answers. The pool manager just smiled at me and had nothing to say about it. When I called before I made reservations I was told all of the pools were going.

Music at the pool was not to good but the property was amazing clean and staff was great

The overall experience was great. However the front desk check in was slow and vert confusing. Mint errors made when checking in.
