We where 14 , ask for 3 bedrooms apartments and they gave us 2 bedrooms apartments and Put the third bed witout pillow covers nor sheets . We ask several times for them and finally at midnight we managed ourselfs to cover the pillows and the maitress with our clothes … Total Disaster

Custo-benefício OK, mas hotel tem vários problemas

Logo na chegada não conseguimos acessar a entrada do hotel com o carro porque haviam três ônibus tomando toda a entrada. Por intuição demos a volta na quadra e encontramos a garagem e colocamos o carro diretamente lá. Os dois elevadores não dão conta de um hotel tão alto. O restaurante é muito caro e parece querer ser chique, mas não é. Não é mesmo! O quarto e o banheiro são bons, mas em um dos dois quartos que utilizamos havia mofo nas paredes, mesmo sendo no 12o andar. Café da manhã, simples mas OK. Custo-benefício acaba valendo a pena, mas o hotel poderia tentar arrumar estes pontos listados.

Excelente hotel, ótima localização

Ótimo hotel, padrão de qualidade da rede é ótimo. Porém alguns pontos podem melhorar. Deixaram só um rolo de papel higiênico no banheiro, tive que solicitar e ir buscar pois o rapaz da recepção informou que estava sozinho e não poderia levar. O espaço do chuveiro é pequeno, então, precisa regular a temperatura antes para depois entrar. O Hotel é NOVO e muito bem localizado, rua tranquila, café da manhã de ótima qualidade também, apenas recomendo colocar mais uma torradeira pois uma pequena no final de semana é insuficiente.

Não foi o que eu esperava

Achei que a limpeza deixou a desejar, alguns lixos não foram recolhidos, não tinha nenhum lugar pra pendurar roupas no banheiro qdo se tomava banho e o banheiro ficava todo molhado. Vazava água do box e encharcava o chão. Na recepção nos indicaram o restaurante do hotel que foi uma péssima experiência, tanto a comida quanto garçonetes, e o café no último andar em um ambiente decadente, frio, escuro, parecia abandonado, cardápios rasgados. Me decepcionou pois esperava mais do Laghetto.

No geral, não tenho reclamações, mas acho absurdo cobrar o estacionamento de quem já paga a estadia. E ainda por cima as vagas são pequenas, dificultando estacionar veículos um pouco maiores.

Ótima opção de hospedagem em Rio Grande/Pelotas

Estadia muito boa e conveniente no geral, porém, o que desagradou um pouco no nosso caso foi que o box do chuveiro não contava com nenhum anteparo, resultando em enorme alagamento do restante do banheiro e tendo que utilizar as toalhas para controlar a água. Café da manhã excelente!
