The hotel had no idea what this is for. The hotel just told us to reserve from them directly the next time to bypass these unexplainable charges. Please pay attention on all of the charges before making any reservation with hotels.com, don’t make the mistake that I made.”

“The hotel is beautifully designed and carefully curated in every detail, with exceptionally attentive staff. We loved the stylish common areas and the convenient proximity to the ski facilities. During our summer stay, we enjoyed the variety of activities offered and the excellent cuisine prepared by the chef and his team.
