The property itself was very nice but the lobby didn’t have a welcoming smell. It looks like they were in the process of some construction and above I notice some water damage stains. The rooms itself was great except the bathroom. Bathroom was clogged and the housekeeper did not change towels. Toilet was very loud and not pleasant. There was only one front desk staff that was friendly otherwise the others didn’t seem to care about concerns. The pool was also very small.

This hotel was amazing! I was nervous after booking it as i saw a lot of bad reviews. The rooms were clean, the staff was amazing and the location is perfect! Carlos at the front desk upgraded our room and made check in a breeze. The roof top pool is also amazing. I definitely would recommend this hotel.

The Expedia presentation of this hotel does not correspond with reality. We are traveling many times to Rio and we book a lot with Expedia, but we have never encountered such a dirty and old hotel. Never again.

Ok hotel for a short stay

Ok hotel, but the receptionist are using very long time for check in/out. We were a group, and they used over 30min pr person. The room was ok, but the shower was not very good. Should invest in new showerheads. The rooftop bar is nice, but it should have more opening hours, would be nice to be able to get a morning coffee on the roof. The pool is small, but clean.
