I had an amazing stay! The staff were incredibly sweet, welcoming, and helpful throughout our entire trip. Everyone made us feel comfortable and was always willing to help whenever we needed anything. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel was in a great location for getting around and enjoying Rio. The breakfast was very tasty, with plenty of options, and the breakfast area was always clean and well organized. Overall, we had such a positive experience and would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Brazil. Highly recommend!

Amenities and location were excellent along with staff, they provided excellent service. The only issue was the room, it was a bit outdated. The shower and sink clogged each time we took a shower or wash our hands, the room key didn't work multiple times during our stay and we had to go to the front desk multiple times to get it replaced, the air dryer gave up and wouldn’t turn on anymore. Breakfast buffet was mid, price was on the higher end so not worth it $20 usd per person, don’t get the buffet just eat in a coffee shop outside for half the price and better food quality.

Here's a polished review that includes the room upgrade: > I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I especially loved the rooftop area—it was a great place to relax and enjoy the view. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice selection of food. As an added bonus, we were upgraded to a better room, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff was friendly and welcoming. A lot of the staff speak and understand English, which was a nice surprise! Absolutely beautiful views from the rooftop bar and pool. Sauna was perfect after a days walking. Bed and pillows were divine. Best sleep ever! Freshly made omelet with your choice of fillings for breakfast and beautiful meals in the evening. Lots of staff, always pleasant. Nothing was a problem for them. One of the best hotels I have stayed at in my travels worldwide. A huge thank you to all the staff. You should be proud.
