I had such an amazing stay and experience at this hotel. My only wish is that i could have stayed longer. I arrived early and staff were accommodating to help my friend and i have our bags checked so we could being exploring the city before our check in time. Check in and check out went smoothly! Location and view is excellent. Staff unfortunately needs training in "hospitality" - unfortunately the manager himself was the most rude person! Ladies at the reception were very nice and valued customers more than anyone else. The breakfast was great but the staff was not welcoming (thus lowering the rating despite of good food selection and quality). As such, this place has a great potential if management can pursue what is called a "positive attitude" towards their guests.
