I stayed one night at the hotel and it was sufficient enough. WiFi was not working in my room Room is a bit outdated and overall the hotel would need some refurbishment No iron available in the hotel Good breakfast but so crowded

This hotel is nowhere near a 4* rating. Staff barely speak English, there is constant noise from the water pipes, thin walls ( you can hear everything), etc. Also, nobody seems to record any incidents. The only good thing about it was the selection of fresh fruits for breakfast and coffee.

The area is actually really nice. Local vibe and lively, pretty safe. Services were good. I don't like the smell of our room, musty and sewer like. We opened the windows, it felt fresher. but then the mosquitoes came in. The bed sheets were yellowish, like old sweat. I had never seen any hotel with that kind of bed sheets. Change it to the standard white, please.

Frieza e cordialidade desconfiada

Frequento o hotel Windsor Flórida desde 2006, quase ininterruptamente. Percebi ao longo dos anos a queda na simpatia e no calor humano, principalmente na recepção. Vc se sente envergonhado, como se estivesse pedindo um favor para se hospedar. Infelizmente não foi diferente nesta oportunidade. Sempre tudo muito lento e sem simpatia, sem empatia. Na saída ainda fui tratado com desconfiança.
