Excellent value and service

This was a pleasant surprise in terms of service. All of the staff was cordial, and Luan at the front desk went above and beyond to help me out several times. On Luan's excellent recommendation, I took a great " Best of Rio" tour. The neighborhood is very safe, so no worries there. I also enjoyed the breakfast every morning. Another big plus is the generous space allocated for the use of guests outside the rooms. I would definitely stay at Villa 25 again in the future. Muito obrigada!

Staff attempted to charge for towels and only very reluctantly honoured Expedia booking’s statement they would be provided without extra charge. Beds were stacked three high. Top bunk a difficult climb and extremely hot with air conditioning only provided late evening through night and cut off early morning

Minha experiência foi ótima. Não tenho nada do que reclamar. Mesmo com o quarto lotado, sempre esteve limpo inclusive, todos os dias a equipe passava pela manhã para limpar. Houve dias que nem precisou de limpeza. Equipe de funcionários no geral também não deixa a desejar. Ao menos comigo se mostram prontos para auxiliar no que fosse necessário. O hostel também tem um café da manhã muito bom e está bem localizado. Com certeza voltarei novamente :)

A localização é ótima. Os quartos são apertados. Beliches de 3 andares. O ar condicionado é desligado logo cedo e o quarto fica muito quente e com cheiro ruim. O café da manhã é muito bom. Banheiros coletivos em todos os andares com água quente. Toalha de banho paga a parte. Precisa de suportes no banheiro pra pendurar os pertences. O hostel Villa é muito bonito, tem uma área de convivência bacana com bar e picina.

Ar condicionado não era muito bom no quarto que fiquei que era para 6 pessoas, quarto pequeno e não tem boa acústica. Mas o pior msm foi a falta de organização e respeito dos hóspedes, principalmente os gringos. São muito porcos e desorganizados.

A localização é ótima, fica ao lado do metrô e de um parque muito agradável, além de dispor de vários serviços nos arredores (restaurantes, bares, cafeterias, lanchonetes, mercados, farmácias etc). Viajamos para o carnaval e foi bastante cômodo para irmos tanto para as festividades que aconteciam no Flamengo e Centro, quanto para as praias da Zona Sul. A área externa do hostel é bonita e agradável. O café da manhã era razoável. A suíte que pegamos era para 4 pessoas, razoável, espaçosa e bem distribuída, mas poderia ser um pouco mais confortável. O ar condicionado não estava dando conta do calor em alguns horários e a cortina blackout não conseguia cobrir todas as janelas. A porta do box do banheiro não fechava completamente. A limpeza era razoável, mas acredito que nossas roupas de cama não tenham sido trocadas durante a estadia. O atendente do período diurno foi bastante amigável e solicito, os da noite nem tanto.

Eu precisava de um lugar pra ficar só uma noite, e aqui foi uma escolha muito boa, pois é perto de tudo, foi fácil pra me locomover, eu estava de home office e foi possível trabalhar tranquilamente. O Marcelo foi super querido e o Vagner ( Ou Valter, esqueci! me desculpe) também, eu saí de madrugada e ele ficou comigo aguardando meu uber, obrigada pelo cuidado! As instalações estavam bem limpas, e apesar de eu ter ficado pouco tempo o colchão parecia ser ótimo!

Lá é bem bonito, piscina bonita. Atendimento legal. A minha cama ficava no 3º andar da treliche. Não tinham citado isso na reserva. É muito alto e realmente ruim descer e subir. Se esquecer uma chave, uma garrafinha de água, o celular…. Tem que escale tudo novamente. Mas foi ótima a experiência.
