Housekeeper ridiculous

Very nice place. Everything was good until morning. Housekeeper arrived without checking cleaning list. Housekeeper didn’t knock or announce housekeeper. It was only 1100 hrs. Housekeeper unlocked door and proceeded to push door even with second security lock in position. She pushed door with force, ripping the door, from the lock. We thought we were being robbed. We did not who was trying to come into our room. My wife is still in shock even after we left hotel. Having an anxiety episode. We yelled out from the bed and the housekeeper never responded. She closed door without responding. The head of the bed was locked from door view. We we try to leave the room we had difficulty opening the door to exit. I had to move the would frame piece around and lift off the lock. What a crazy mess. When we went check out, staff was rude. Made me feel it was my fault. I noticed they were calling on the two way radio to let housekeepers know which rooms were cleared from check out. So, why was our housekeeper not informed of room still being occupied?

Muito bom hotel !!!

Estadia boa, funcionários educados e competentes. O que deixou a desejar, foi ter que fazer a troca de quarto devido uma rachadura na torneira do banheiro, que resultou numa infiltração. E o transformador de voltagem emprestado não funcionou.

Bom, mas não condiz com um 4 estrelas.

Bom atendimento na recepção. Os quartos e os banheiros são bem pequenos, mas estavam limpos. Os quartos têm janelas pequenas que não abrem, o que deixa uma sensação de claustrofobia. Café da manhã muito bom. A decepção foi a piscina, alem de pequena e gelada, o acesso é fechado às 17h, o que não faz sentido. No geral, não acho que mereça a atribuição de 4 estrelas, mas 3.

Razoável, talvez o custo benefício= alto

Ar condicionado, bem ruim. Ligava e desligava a cada 10 minutos, até que trocamos de quarto porque não parava ligado. Metais do banheiro bem desgastados, Trocamos de quarto, 221 e o box estava entupido o que transbordava, ficamos apenas uma noite nesse quarto. Frigobar, muito pobre, de ambos, lâmpada de cabeceira, 609 uma delas na funcionava, assim como uma das persianas não abria. Ponto positivo, os funcionários, sempre atenciosos e prestativos, comida do restaurante = boa.

Localização conveniente, nada mais!

O hotel serve muito bem (i.e. conveniente) ao propósito de assistir um show na arena em frente e/ou no Parque Rita Lee (Rock in Rio por exemplo). Fica também razoavelmente próximo ao Riocentro. Mas não tenha expectativa em relação à comida. O café da manhã e fraco, particularmente no que tange aos pães. A ceia oferecido após o show na arena em frente não vale a pensa. Parece um refeitório. O ensopado de carne estava duro e o lombinho de porco ressecado. Era melhor ter pedido um iFood ou, talvez, um lanche no quarto. De resto o quarto/banheiro é confortável e limpo. As instalações da entrada, considerando o valor da diária, já necessitam de renovação.
