they have no safe inn the room and the exchange rates dollars to brasil reais is not good in the hotel. You have to go to a bank or money change office

Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. There was no toilet paper, the Wi-Fi did not work, and the bathroom had mold and was very dark. The mattress was old and smelled unpleasant. Additionally, my guest was not allowed to come upstairs just to wait for me, which has never happened in any other hotel I’ve visited in Brazil or abroad.

Totally horrible from the beginning to the end. The room was bad smelling and badly cleaned. The toilet was not flushing and we had to live with this for 2 days. The staff was very ignorant and not serviceminded at all. Not resolving the toilet issue.The breakfast was very bad and the foid was cold.Charging extra for safe and early check in of 200rs. Cannot recommend this hotel for anyone.

Cockroaches ! Con’s- This is an awful property- don’t get conned by the facade or entrance ! Staff unhelpful - ask anything “ wait for manager who starts work at 09:00-can’t help you “ don’t care if your tour starts before , Holes in the wall 2ft hole exposed to out behind loud air conditioner, toilet -> You can hear others & inappropriate sounds coming thro as top ceiling of the toilet is a grill - not sure if others can actually see you !! Hear people all the time / plus bedroom wall paper thin- hear phones ringing next door !- Privacy ? No coffee in room or kettle Little or no proper charging unit in room They ring you incessantly 1/2 hour before check out time. Old building Probably ideal for 1 level above back packer hostel. Pros - Close to Beach Small pool on floor 14( not 13) 3 star breakfast only No - we wouldn’t stay here or recomend it

Overall, my stay at this property was an average experience. The highlight of my visit was breakfast, thanks to a humble and well-mannered young gentleman who works in the breakfast area each morning. His professionalism and courteous demeanor truly stood out - commendations to him. However, I believe the hotel could improve in terms of transparency regarding additional charges for certain amenities, such as consuming beverages from the in-room minibar. Clearer communication about these potential costs would be appreciated, especially for English-speaking guests who may not be familiar with the policies.

Detalhes que pesam

Razoavel para o valor, porém alguns detalhes: 1- fiquei duas noites, e quando na segunda pedi o estacionamento, a cobrança foi de 2 estadias, aprsar do carro ficar só uma noite, lamentável cobrar por um dia anterior não usado; 2- café da manhã não oferecia suco sem açúcar, como sou diabético acabei tomando água. Pequenas coisas que incomodam nos dias de hoje.

Cheiro de mofo e coisa velha no hotel inteiro

A única coisa boa de fato nesse hotel é a localização e os funcionários da recepção educados e atenciosos… o hotel inteiro tem cheiro de mofo e naftalina, no quarto baratas, no banheiro do quarto você escuta tudo o que a pessoa de cima está fazendo, parece que o teto é aberto, foi bem desagradável. O café da manhã básico, não espere muita coisa. Queria muito dar uma nota boa mas é impossível, uma série de coisas desagradáveis. Hotel precisa de uma reforma urgente e principalmente uma detetizaçao.

Primeira vez no hotel, espaço bem legal Quarto super espaçoso a cama então maravilhosa, única reclamão é que no momento do chegada falaram que o quarto ia ser com a janela virada para as montanhas não foi ok Fora isso todos os dias aparecia baratas pequenas no quarto Mesmo o quarto sendo limpinho s barrinhas estavam lá todos os dias.
