The check-in process was not clear until I clicked on the small print link in Expedia. You had to go into the hotel lobby around the corner to check in. The room door card key was balky and generally took several attempts to open the door. Maid service was erratic. No one came for two days, then the next day came in the evening. One day they came at 7:30 AM. Bed bottom sheets were not fitted and came loose easily with movement in the night. Breakfast was very good.

Melhor café da manhã

Foi uma ótima estadia. O café da manhã sem igual, incrível. Ficamos hospedados no Residencial, mas o hotel dá todo suporte de limpeza, podemos usar a área comum e tomamos café no hotel.

Infelizmente esqueci um copo Stanley na recepção, logo que fiz o check in, e ao informar que teria esquecido o copo na recepção, disseram que iriam verificar e não tive resposta. No dia seguinte pedi novamente que olhassem as câmeras de segurança e mais uma vez sem resposta. No dia de ir embora no checkout solicitei mais uma vez e depois de muita insistência, o gerente foi verificar as câmeras e me informou que houve falta de energia e que não havia imagens do referido dia. Em resumo, senti descaso com a falta de interesse em resolver um problema simples, imagino quando um hóspede perde um item de maior valor, como será a atitude.

Nao recomenda a hospedagem

Cheguei uma hora antes do check-in e não permitiram o acesso ao quarto. Teria que pagar uma taxa que era quase equivalente a meia diária. Pedir p deixar a mala na recepção enquanto saía para almoçar. Tbm fui surpreendido com a cobrança de R$40. O quarto em que fui acomodado, tinha cheiro de mofo, minha garganta apresentou reação logo no dia seguinte (tive que procurar atendimento médico) o quarto também tinha um vazamento pelo Box ao tomar banho. Deixando o resto do banheiro totalmente molhado. A cama, tinha um buraco no meio.. e,por fim, o quarto ficava em frente ao elevador.. e por ser antigo, a cada chamada, ele fazia um barulho enorme. Reclamei na mesma noite. Entretanto, o problema só foi resolvido dois dias depois

Pior experiencia que tive em hotel no Rio

Foi Péssima, o local para tomar cafe horrivel, todas as mesas juntas , temos que sentar lado a lado em um espaço pequeno, pessoas em pé esperando, cafe sem variedade, tive que descer na recepção pra pedir para limpar o quarto. No quarto não como como se comunicar com o hotel na recepção. Pior experiencia que ja tive em um hotel no RIO
