The pool needs some serious love, daily cleaning and new water! As does the outdoor furniture and space. The staff from the front door to cafeteria to cleaning lady were all extremely nice and helpful. Area is fantastic! Thanks for a fabulous vacation!

Location is convenient. Close to the beach. Copa is somewhat seedy but not to bad. Hotel older but they have upgraded some rooms that are suitable. Gotta make sure they don’t put you in one that’s older. I’d give it 3 1/2 stars

The staff did not speak english, the room was dusty and worn down. All over a bad experience. We had to book a new hotel. Breakfast was OK.

I had a somewhat nice stay. I accidentally left a necklace behind and the hotel confirmed they have it but won’t respond to any messages about getting it returned to me. I’ve offered to pay all costs but no response. Very disappointing

Very noisy, could not sleep the hole night cars and motorcycles buzzing, also lots of conversations on my floor from 6am. To get worst, I had to deal with the disappointment of my kids when they saw the swimming pool, completely green and completely different from the picture posted on Expedia. I have both pictures saved in case you want to see with your own eyes. I asked for a higher room and opposite to the street but they only had 1 room facing the street. On the end I asked them to end my booking 2 days ahead of the original day but they refused to refund me for these last 2 unused days. I simply checked out without any refund and will now check with a lawyer how to approach this situation. They destroyed my final days in Rio de Janeiro.

Lamentablemente tuvimos muchos inconvenientes con el hotel: la habitación inicial, no era la que habíamos pedido. La segunda: nos salió una cucaracha y no servía el aire acondicionado. Además de que tomaron una bolsa de mano, cuando nos quejamos, casualmente apareció. La tercera: en segundo piso, sin aislante de sonido. Las primeras dos noches, tomamos las botellas de agua del refrigerador, gran error, no nos dimos cuenta que las cobraban. No regalan ninguna botella. 8 reales cada una, y son de la botella pequeña. Los elevadores no están en su mejor forma, a veces nos daba un paseo porque en lugar de bajar, subía. Lo mejor: el desayuno bueno, con bastantes opciones. Y definitivamente, la ubicación. A dos cuadras de la Playa de Copacabana

Talvez melhore depois da reforma.

Fui informado que o hotel estava em reforma. Deveria haver aviso no site, no momento da reserva. Meu quarto, 1403, teoricamente no 14º andar não era atendido por elevadores. Acho que o elevador chega até o 12º andar. Um lance de escadas de acesso à cobertura, onde há uma piscina e a sauna, depois mais um lance de escadas, que equivale a pelo menos mais um andar e meio. Existem 3 quartos naquele puxadinho. fui informado da localização no momento do checkin. Tive que prolongar a estadia e continuei no quartinho do puxadinho, porque mudar, dava trabalho.
