Um hotel que eu ficarei novamente.

Quarto exatamente como na fotografia. Cama confortável, roupa de cama de qualidade. O chuveiro é excelente, ducha forte e temperatura regulável. Tudo bem limpo. Café da manhã é variado e gostoso. Localização boa para o Recreio, shopping ao lado do hotel. Já fiquei várias vezes nesse hotel e recomendo. Ótimo custo benefício.

Tabulação de água muito barulhenta

A estrutura interna da tubulação de água é pessima! Do nosso quarto era um barulho infernal de agua descendo ou pingando da tubulação pela parede, inclusive durante a madrugada. A impressão era de que tinha alguem tomando banho na nossa cama e depois um pinga-pinga eterno. Extremamente bizarro. O café da manhã é muito bom.

Excelente localização para quem vai estar na região. Facilidades por estar junto ao shopping. Oferece voucher para o uso da academia do shopping. A única desvantagem está na qualidade das toalhas. Muitas são velhas e desgastadas.

Las instalaciones del hotel son excelentes, tiene un centro comercial que se comunica con el ascensor del hotel, todo muy lindo, limpio, a 5min de la playa pero no es recomendable ir caminando, la zona no se ve muy segura y es recomendable para días de descanso ya que si quieres hacer tours por Rio te queda lejos de todo. En general todo muy bien con este hotel.

Ótimo hotel, muito conveniente por estar ao lado do Recreio Shopping. Atendimento muito bom. Café da manhã com muita variedade. A única ressalva é em relação as toalhas de banho que já estão na hora de serem substituídas por outras novas.

Ar condicionado do quarto 613 não estava funcionando. Chegamos no quarto e já tinha um cartão no local e o ar já estava ligado. Porém não estava funcionando. Fizemos a reserva em um quarto com uma cama de casal e uma cama de solteiro pois pegaríamos a nossa filha no final do dia mas nos colocaram em um quarto inferior ao que reservamos. Sempre nos hospedamos no eSuites e sempre recomendamos mas desta vez nos decepcionamos.
