Confusão com o check-in, alguns funcionários um pouco grosseiros (atendimento ruim do reataurante à noite) e outro ponto que me incomodou foi o tamanho do lençol que parecia pequeno e ficava saindo do colchão, melhor usar um com elástico para não acontecer isso.
