This hotel exceeded my expectations. It was very clean, the staff was extremely helpful, and the location was fantastic - close to the beach, lots of great restaurants and stores. I would stay here again! The only drawback was the very small gym and pool, but worth it for the location and the rooms at a reasonable price.

Excellent choice in a nice neighborhood with lots of food options. Our room was huge, nicely appointed, everything in good condition. Enormous pool, free laundry, and an amazing happy hour buffet. Best hotel of our 2 1/2 week trip to South America!

The hotel is located close to the beach (about 2 blocks away) in the Leblon neighborhood. There are a number of restaurants and stores around the hotel, which is located on a shady street. The room we had was large and very comfortable. It has a nice breakfast buffet. I can recommend this hotel to those visiting Rio

Overall, the property was in a great location and the staff were very nice. The rooms were clean, however the walls are thin so it was somewhat noisy during our stay. However, Leblon is definitely the area to stay in Rio and I would stay at the Hotel Promenade Palladium again.
