NICE AND PEACEFUL

Is a nice place and the restaurant food is very good. They have a pretty friendly staff. The only thing I didn't like was the pillows because they are kind of firm. It was a pleasant and peaceful stay and if you get a room with a view it's a very nice view of the water.

The workers woke me up out of my sleep just to replace a broken key. It could’ve waited until I got up. This caused me to be extremely tired for an event I was trying to get rest for. Very unprofessional. Other than that everything in the room is either old or broken, the breakfast sucks, and the location is far from everything. The beach in question is a man made sewage dump. I think this entire hotel needs new management and a renovation

O hotel é bastante funcional, quartos e dependências comuns bem limpos. A equipe, no geral, é muito acolhedora. O ponto alto do hotel é o café da manhã. Parabéns para o cozinheiro Jojô pelo cardápio e pela gentileza. Ah, o café dele é uma delícia!

O café da manhã é bom, porém o banheiro estava com a pia e o vaso sanitário entupido. Falamos c a recepção para consertar e saimos p almoçar, quando chegamostinham feito o conserto, porém tinham deixado sujo. Descemos na recepção para reclamar da sujeira do banheiro e solicitar que fossem fazer a limpeza. Digo descemos, porque o interfone não estava funcionando. Depois ainda descemos uma segunda vez visto a demora. Então a camareira foi fazer a limpeza, porem queria q saíssemos do quarto. Permanecemos no quarto e ela fez a limpeza. Ainda usam arcondicionado, quando já nem se usa mais, devido o acumulo de fungos. Está bem localizado.

Bem agradável

Foi tudo bem no check-in só não tinha toalhas quando chegamos mas foi logo providenciado, no quarto senti falta de um lugar pra guardar roupas a sorte era que tinha uma cama sobrando pra colocar as malas e roupas. O café da manha muito bom um destaque pra menina da cozinha a Lívia muito atenciosa nunca vi igual trazia às coisas a mesa que a gente perguntava tá de parabéns a Lívia. No geral tudo bem vale o custo benefício.

Passei quatro dias de carnaval no plage hotel. É um lugar simples e tranquilo . Fica no final da ilha, mas tem fácil acesso ao ponto final de algumas linhas de ônibus. O café da manhã achei bom e com várias opções. É longe de muita coisa por ser no final da ilha, mas pelo valor eu achei que compensa. Só tive uma pequena dor de cabeça no check in, mas foi culpa do aplicativo Expedia que alegou ter uma parte da hospedagem já paga no app, mas na recepção foi cobrado o valor inteiro, depois que vi que a cobrança de fato não foi feita no meu cartão, mas a reserva foi feita ao menos.
