When I first checked in to my room, all towels and soaps were used. Took them eight hours to give me fresh towels. Breakfast is very simple and limited if compared to other hotels of the same standard. Facilities are modern and well maintained staff were nice and helpful. However, cleaning staff let me down at the beginning of my stay.

Horrible experience! Bugs infestation throughout the room. Hotel customer service is nonexistent. Staff was unwilling to solve the issue and we had to check out to find another hotel for accommodation.

Das Zimmer war leider sehr klein und nicht besonders sauber. Außerdem war die Auswahl beim FrĂŒhstĂŒck sehr begrenzt. Dennoch gibt es Pluspunkte fĂŒr das sehr freundliche Personal, dass unser GepĂ€ck sowohl vor als auch nach dem Check-In bzw. Check-Out aufbewahrt hat und bei einer Störung unserer Klimaanlage innerhalb weniger Minuten eine gute Lösung fĂŒr uns gefunden hat. Zudem erhĂ€lt mein kostenlos Zugang zum circa 200 Meter entfernten Fitness Studio, das sehr gut ausgestattet ist. Leider war die Pool-Area dafĂŒr nicht sehr luxuriös. Insgesamt eine ordentliche Unterkunft, aber man sollte nicht zu große Erwartungen mitbringen.

A equipe da recepção foi muito solicita conosco. O hotel é bom, mas tive alguns percalços. Quando cheguei para me hospedar, não tinha mais vaga de garagem disponível no hotel. Tive que deixar o carro em um estacionamento. Não foi informado que as vagas eram limitadas. Ainda por cima, não foi informado que a academia não estaria disponível no domingo a tarde. Soube disso apenas quando questionei na recepção. Dias antes mandei mensagem para o hotel a fim de indagar os horårios, porém não tive retorno. Ademais, a piscina do hotel é pequena. No meu quarto, o ar-condicionado estragou, mas me transferiram de quarto e isso foi resolvido de forma råpida. O café-da-manhã é bom, mas poderia ter mais opçÔes de iogurtes, bolos, tortas (doces e salgadas) e sucos. O fato do estabelecimento não ter WhatsApp para comunicaçÔes é ruim, pois essa forma facilitaria muito o atendimento. Prefiro falar através desse aplicativo que por telefone, pois pelo menos o combinado fica registrado.
