When I first checked in to my room, all towels and soaps were used. Took them eight hours to give me fresh towels. Breakfast is very simple and limited if compared to other hotels of the same standard. Facilities are modern and well maintained staff were nice and helpful. However, cleaning staff let me down at the beginning of my stay.

O quarto é bem pequeno mesmo. O nome Petit não é por acaso, por isso talvez ficar muitos dias acabe ficando desconfortável. Mas mesmo sendo pequeno é bem funcional e bem cuidado. Você vê que teve reformas nos últimos anos. O café da manhã tem boas opções e a localização é muito boa, com várias coisas por perto: restaurantes, farmacias, comercios, etc. Recomendo.

É um quarto bom, com a cama confortável, chuveiro excelente, boa tv, porém o ar condicionado não funcionava muito bem e o wifi tb não - desconectava toda hora. Minha experiência no hotel foi razoável. O quarto que ficamos era confortável, com cama boa, com frigobar, o banheiro e chuveiro eram ótimos. Mas o quarto era muito apertado, sendo difícil até para passar de um lado pro outro. A acústica do quarto também deixou a desejar. Também tivemos problema com ar-condicionado que as vezes não funcionava. Limpeza estava bem superficial, havia manchas de hóspedes anteriores. Café da manhã impecável, delicioso. Ótima localização.
