My birthday stay at Novotel during Carnival was nothing short of incredible! The staff truly made the trip, especially Lola and Cindy. They were so sweet and made us feel so welcome! From their constant smiles to the thoughtful birthday cake surprise at breakfast! I couldn't have asked for a better celebration. I can’t wait to come back!

I’m giving my rating based on price. The hotel could be amazing if they would just figure out a way to vent the bathrooms out. The rooms get so humid bc there are no fans in the bathroom that anything wet will never dry. It is a shame, bc the hotel seems to be renovated. Also the hotel has no contacts in the tourism business so if you want to do anything touristy, they have no clue.
