incopetencia

bem em primeiro lugar gostaria de reclamar e pedir o estorno no meu catão devido ao chegar no hotel o recepcionista não confirmar a reserva da Sra.Marceli pois segundo o mesmo não havia reserva em seu nome após esperar por 10 há 15 min e nada ser resolvido a mesma se retirou com enorme constrangimento gostaria que fosse tomadas as devidas providencia quanto ao estorno de meu cartão, para que não tenhamos outros problemas sem mais ate o momento e esperando uma solução amigável obrigado

Quando chegamos a atendente se recusou fazer o check in por que a outra atendente que iria chegar que faria a reserva, fomos almoçar, quando voltamos, foi a própria atendente que fez o check in e com cara ruim, ao entrarmos no corredor do quarto, cheirava cachorro molhado e no quarto a toalha estava úmida, lençol fedendo, pia do banheiro entupida, chuveiro não fixava a temperatura, oscilando muito entre muito quente e muito frio, quando fomos fazer o cafe da manhã, queriam cobrar sendo que estava incluso, tendo o responsável pelo restaurante, muito deselegantemente mencionou que meu café não era incluso, comigo segurando o prato no meio do salão me dirigindo para a mesa, sendo que foi contratado na diária do quarto. Por fim, considerei, em vista do preço que foi cobrado, o pior hotel em que já me hospedei, não recomendo para ninguém e nunca mais retornarei.

Dessa vez a internet funcionou... A cama era de casal e não duas de solteiro juntas com um buraco no meio. Os funcionários continuam meio perdidos. A localização é ótima. As operadoras deveriam investir mais no local para proporcionar aos hóspedes um serviço de melhor qualidade. Só fico nesse flat quando não tenho opções. Em geral acho que não vale o custo/beneficio.

A limpeza do quarto realmente deixou a desejar. O banheiro estava sujo. Vaso com manchas, box e tudo. Na verdade nem Foi limpo que ainda estava com as coisas do ultimo hospede. Pedi na reserva cama queen, juntaram duas camas de solteiro que se afastavam o tempo inteiro. As paredes do local estavam bem sujas. Começaram a pintar o quarto e pelo jeito não tiveram tempo de terminar. Fico em média metade do meu mês em Hotéis a trabalho, mas esse apart foi um dos piores que fiquei. A localização é excelente, e academia e piscina também.

Ao chegar no Next, constatamos que a porta para a entrada de nosso quarto estava sem fechadura, a única do andar. No quarto tinha frigobar, mas sem nada. Na chave que recemos no check in, havia alguns ramais de serviço, porem no quarto não havia telefone para contactar a recepcao, do que adianta ter os ramais se não disponibilizam telefone para ele ser utilizado. Café da manhã, fomos tomar às 9h, o mesmo encerrava as 10h, primeiro a pessoa do restaurante falou que nossa reserva não tinha direito a cafe, sendo que sim, contratei com esse serviço. Depois de resolvido, fui me servir e só tinha 4 pães de queijo, perguntei a funcionária que estava presente se sairia mais e a mesma me informou que devido ao horário não. Se o café é disponibilizado até às 10h, o correto era ter as opções até o final.

Hotel péssimo!! Decepcionante!!!!

Foi péssima!! Não havia toalha e nem papel higiênico no quarto, solicitamos o fornecimento das mesmas e não fomos atendimentos. Após 2 hs recebemos toalhas em péssimo estado de conservação e encharcadas.

Bom estabelecimento, péssima administração

O Next Flat Service Mc Aparts tem uma ecxelente localizaçao, frente à praia, e otima infraestrutura. Nosso. quarto era muito bom. O grande problema desse estabelecimento é a administraçao do Flat. Fizemos a reserva um domingo de manha para o mesmo dia. A reserva foi confirmada por hoteis.com e paga no cartao de credito mas qdo chegamos, na hora do inicio do check in, a recepçao do Flat nao tinha recebido da Administraçao do Flat nenhuma informaçao sobre nossa reserva e tambem nao havia forma de se cominicar com a administradora ja q nao atendia o telefone nem os mensages de wzapp enviados pela recepçao do hotel. Perdimos 45 minutos ate poder entrar, o que só foi possivel apos ligar para hoteis.com e pedir para eles enviarem a confirmaçao da reserva direto para o mail da recepçao do Flat. Nesse mesmo dia vimos outros hospedes reclamando tambem por problemas de reserva, o q mostra q nao foi um problema isolado mas frequente. Hoteis.com deveria rever a oferta desse Flat. Os recepcionistas sao muito corretos, o problema é a falta de profesionalismo e de responsabilidade da administraçao do Flat por nao estarem sempre atentos as reservas. Pelo menos aos domingo parece q ninguem da Administraçao esta disponivel para solucionar problemas.
