Rooms were clean and the breakfast was great! AC was working well which was very important during the heat. My one criticism is they have a no guest policy we were not aware of during check in. I was traveling with friends and it was really odd that we were not allowed to have friends come over. They should tell people this upon check in.

There wasn't anything in the room but, a minibar and your bed and table and they couldn't warm food that you bought from outside of there hotel. I paid for a late checkout and was told I had to leave at 12pm. Plus everyone there doesn't speak English and they are very rude and unprofessional except the bell hoops. Thanks

The hotel is ok, but has seen better days. The location is good, just behind Copacabana Palace. Strangely enough, there is a charge of 20R$ to leave your bags if you arrive earliier than your check-in time, which is very odd. Service ok. Frukost ok.

The hotel's location is great. It's within walking distances to shops, restaurants, and the beach. Check-in was easy. Breakfast was good with varieties of items on the menu. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows were hard not comfortable. Didn't like the fact that I had to pay for the hotel to keep my luggage because I arrived before check-in time. Hotel towels were old, worn and stained. I had to ask Housekeeping to replace my towels. Overall, my stay was good.
