Por ser perto do Engenhão Ok, mas é sujo

Me hospedei por ser muito proximo ao Estádio Engenhão e iria em um evento lá, porém, a suite é extremamente suja. Havia cabelo na cama, no ralo do banheiro. O ralo do chuveiro não da vazão deixando quase uma banheira dentro do box. O chão estava encardido, sujo.

Foi boa. É extremamente perto do engenhão, então se sua intenção for essa, só vai! A limpeza de fato surpeende, não vi nenhum isnla desujeita e sou chata. A parte ruim é o chuveiro que é um pouco dificultoso de ligar, já que possui 4 registros. A chaver do quarto tb não funcionava, então tínhamos que ficar toda hora chamando alguém para abrir quando saíamos. O café da manhã foi excelente. Tudo fresquíssimo.! Valeu a pena.

É um motel adaptado para hotel. Tem muita coisa pra melhorar. Recepção não têm área para receber os hóspedes, suíte com pouca luz, cama e travesseiro não são nenhum pouco confortáveis e a conta ainda têm que ser solicitada no quarto.

Não cumpre o que se propõe

A localização do hotel, ao lado do estádio do engenhão, foi o único fator positivo e o determinante para a nossa estadia, mas entrada do hotel/motel é apenas pela garagem de carros, para quem vai a pé como nosso caso é extremamente complicado, ficar na pista de entrada entre o atendimento de um carro e outro que entra; não possui wi-fi nos quartos; o botão do elevador não funcionava, tivemos que subir pela escada; o frigobar do quarto (bem enferrujado) estava ligado, mas trancado; ar condicionado de janela muito antigo e barulhento. Mas o que realmente incomodou foi o fato de termos nos informado acerca do café da manhã, na noite anterior ao mesmo e foi nos informado que seria servido no quarto, após 15 minutos da solicitação. E ficamos esperando por 75 minutos e não levaram a refeição, fazendo com saíssemos sem usufruir do benefício que já estava pago na diária, pois caso contrário perderíamos o nosso voo de regresso. O valor da refeição, após exigência nossa, foi reembolsado, mas os itens mencionados, junto ao transtorno gerado por essa falha, motivaram a baixa avaliação da experiência

O hotel é muito bom, funcionários incríveis, voltaria com toda certeza, infelizmente não é o local do hotel, mas sim o Rio está muito perigoso, a região é bem deserta, mas durante o dia é muitooo bom, fica bem do lado do estádio do Botafogo da para ir a pé! Café da manhã incrível, recomendo demais a hospedagem! Gostei muito!

Foi tudo ótimo, os funcionários foram muito atenciosos e educados, o café da manhã incluso no pacote estava delicioso e bem servido. Por ser um hotel antigo, acredito que alguns aspectos precisam de renovação, o elevador assusta de tanto barulho que faz kkkk os lençóis do quarto estavam com alguns rasgos e o frigobar não gelava nada... fora isso, tudo dentro do esperado! É muito provável que volte a me hospedar pela proximidade com o estádio Nilton Santos!
