Although the location was amazing and the staff was great I feel like I didn’t get wait I paid for. My room was not updated, I couldn’t watch anything on the tv, charger ports were not working properly and the ac was leaking in the room as well as the curtains were dirty and broken in one spot and I paid less for another hotel in the area and had none of these issues. I probably would not book this hotel again but staff was amazing and the location was on a great spot

The room was nothing like the photos. There was peeling paint, cracks along the walls, door handles falling off, what looked like mold in the bathroom as well as the door lock being broken. Management was refusing to speak to us when we complained and requested a refund or at least a cancellation of the remaining stay. The book of complaints in the lobby was at capacity. We ended up going to a police station and speaking with some lawyers. Once we managed to contact them on writing demanding a cancellation in accordance with Brazilian consumer protection laws we finally obtained one. Some of the reception staff was really helpful as much as they could given the circumstances. The breakfast was decent and the location was good, but I would never go back.

The room was much worse than the pictures. House keeping staff didnt even change the sheets or restock water in the refrigerator for 5 days. One day the hoise keeping didnt provide the bedding once changing sheets. It took three trips to the front desk to get a blanket for the bed. No restaurant in the hotel. Breakfast was provided but not very good. The bed in the room was poor quality. Not worth it.

I must report bad practice by a young man at the reception who was there on September 21. I asked him to order me a taxi to the airport at a contact number that I had. Well, when we arrived at the airport the taxi driver charged us a higher amount than the budgeted amount. The person at the reception called a taxi driver who was a friend of his and not the contact that I gave him. Very bad experience because one trusts the hotel staff

The most disappointing place I’ve ever been

I’ve had to change three rooms till fit with the price I’ve paid. For 3 stars hotel doesn’t cover the expectations about “Spacious rooms”(my first 2days was in small rooms with small double beds), the fitness center was one multifunction machine, cross trainer and treadmill(all of them basic and old) there weren’t any dumbbells or training mat. Also the whole spa area was clean and tidy. The sauna was off through the whole time. Also for 3 stars hotel the breakfast was almost the same variety every morning(my stay was 10nights). The bed sheets has staines and holes. Housekeeping wasn’t keeping the room in good and clean condition, the floor was always dirty even after cleaning. All pictures aren’t accurate, probably they’ve been before 10 years. I’m totally disappointed of this hotel for the price I’ve paid.

Das Frühstück war ordentlich und geschmacklich gut. In dem Zimmer welches wir zuerst hatten, ging die Klimaanlage nicht. Zudem waren unter dem Zimmer auf der gesamten Etage Bauarbeiten (ohne Ankündigung im Vorfeld) daher war ständig Lärm. Wir haben ein neues Zimmer bekommen und es war noch immer Lärm wahrzunehmen. Der Fahrstuhl braucht von Etage 15 (Zimmer auf der Etage) ewig um überhaupt zu kommen oder irgendwo hinzufahren. Es war auch nur Platz für 4 Personen. Also brauchte man manchmal 5-10 Minuten um den Fahrstuhl zu nehmen. Der Pool und das Gym waren klein aber fein. Das Zimmer war ok, aber der Klodeckel nicht fest und die Handtücher hatten alle Flecken oder waren verfärbt.. Die Lage war gut und man war schnell am Strand

Os funcionários são excelentes! Todos muito solícitos e simpáticos. Porém chegamos cedo, e só podemos entrar no quarto às 13:30. Mas isso não foi um problema, mas nós colocaram em um andar que estava tendo obra em cima e do lado. Não deu pra dormir e tivemos que trocar de quarto pq tínhamos um reunião on-line também. Depois da troca fomos tomar banho e só tinha água gelada, ligamos na recepção e falaram que só teria água quente as 18;00. Tomei banho gelado e não pude lavar o cabelo. Depois quando chegamos as 20:30 só tinha água gelada tbm. No dia seguinte queríamos sair cedo, acordei às 06:30 pra lavar o cabelo já que não consegui lavar no dia anterior devido a falta de água quente, e também só tinha água gelada só resolveram as 08:30 que já era pra gente ter saído. Isso atrapalhou bastante nosso passeio e planos. O andar próximo a obra não deveria ser utilizado, e o mínimo seria verificar o chuveiro. Foi bem frustrante e ainda era meu aniversário!

O hotel é bem localizado, o pessoal da recepção é ótimo, todos os dias limpavam o quarto e trocavam as toalhas, não tenho o que reclamar quanto a isso. Porém, eles me colocaram em um quarto de casal com uma cama minúscula, que parece mais um solteirão do que casal. Além do ar condicionado muito velho, que faz um barulho insuportável (dormi com ele desligado todos os dias pq não conseguia dormir com o barulho estrondoso), o banheiro extremamente antigo, com um cheiro bem ruim o tempo todo. E tinha baratas andando no quarto.

Adorei a experiência no hotel, ele fica bem perto da orla de Copacabana podendo ir a pé tranquilamente, além de ter mercado e farmácia na quadra ao lado, localizado em uma rua tranquila e arborizada, o café da manhã é bem completo e o serviço excelente, solicitei canela em pó e me atenderam prontamente. Os funcionários são simpáticos e prestativos, o ambiente extremamente limpo a roupa de banho tivemos algumas vezes com o material antigo, porém limpo e outras com toalhas novas. Senti dificuldade somente no uso do cartão para abrir a porta do quarto, um transtorno quando ele desconfigura e tem que ir até a recepção para atualizar. Voltarei mais! Obrigada equipe pelo acolhimento.
