Terrible experience. The hotel didn’t have the services listed to the hotel description. Expedia was not able to even contact the hotel. I lost time, money, and had a very bad experience at the hotel. I am leaving Expedia too. They were not able to resolve my issues.

Really good hotel, clean, comfotable, near everything. Good breakfast with fruits, cakes, breads and grains. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The building is old, but thats the beauty of the city. Downtown Rio has a lot of homeless people, but if u be carefull (not show ur phone and valuable items) you'll be fine. The hotel is in a convenient location, near the busses, metro stations and vlt, and there are a bunch of good restaurants around it too. Will definitely be returning.

I stay sep 6 to 10, 2024 elevators don't work, dirty, bedsheets with hair, refrigerator and tv don't work. Just part of the decoration. Staff member with bad actitud and only speak portuguese. I was ask 11 times if i was checking out. Front desk staff would not let me into my room becase they didn't understand the room number. DON'T STAY HERE ALSO HOMELESS PEOPLE SLEEPING IN FRONT OF THE HOTEL WITH IRINE AND FECAL REMEINS 10 FEET FROM THE BUILDING.

No provision for early arrivals. After traveling 13 hours by plane was asked to wait 6 hours for a room. they wanted $10 per bag to hold them until check-in. The only restroom available was up steep stairs(I am unable to walk up to it.) I paid $70 to get into the room early. The lobby was full of others waiting for check-in. There were no healthy options for the daily breakfast. They made a mistake about my end date causing me to pack and when they discovered I had another day, they offered another room (which I declined.)

Hotel localizado na cinelandia, Centro do Rio, na saida do metrô, o que favorece bastante. Hotel antogo, sem reformas. Quartos e banheuro amplos. No entanto colchao da cama muito velho e molas muito conoronetidas...mais de duas noites e a lombar comecou a doer. Cafe da manha servido ate as 9h da manha, muito cedo. Chaves em modelo antigo retida na portaria. O Custo benefico é razoável mas apenas p 2 ou 3 dias de hospedagem

Hotel bem localizado. Apesar de ser um imóvel mais antigo, foi uma estadia super tranquila. Funcionários educadores e receptivos. Única coisa que incomodou foi o ar condicionado que não tem como regular, só liga e desliga.

Hotel bem localizado no Centro do RJ. Café da manhã básico incluso. O grande problema é a demora dos elevadores e na maioria das vezes, quando vem, já estão com a lotação máxima e você tem que continuar aguardando ou usar a escada de serviço/emergência.

Único ponto negativo foi o sinal fraco de Wi-Fi. No primeiro quarto que fiquei até o sinal da operadora era fraco, pedi pra trocar de quarto e foi tranquilo, no outro era um pouco melhor. No geral, foi uma estadia muito boa.
