Really good hotel, clean, comfotable, near everything. Good breakfast with fruits, cakes, breads and grains. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The building is old, but thats the beauty of the city. Downtown Rio has a lot of homeless people, but if u be carefull (not show ur phone and valuable items) you'll be fine. The hotel is in a convenient location, near the busses, metro stations and vlt, and there are a bunch of good restaurants around it too. Will definitely be returning.

Terrible experience. The hotel didn’t have the services listed to the hotel description. Expedia was not able to even contact the hotel. I lost time, money, and had a very bad experience at the hotel. I am leaving Expedia too. They were not able to resolve my issues.

I stay sep 6 to 10, 2024 elevators don't work, dirty, bedsheets with hair, refrigerator and tv don't work. Just part of the decoration. Staff member with bad actitud and only speak portuguese. I was ask 11 times if i was checking out. Front desk staff would not let me into my room becase they didn't understand the room number. DON'T STAY HERE ALSO HOMELESS PEOPLE SLEEPING IN FRONT OF THE HOTEL WITH IRINE AND FECAL REMEINS 10 FEET FROM THE BUILDING.

No provision for early arrivals. After traveling 13 hours by plane was asked to wait 6 hours for a room. they wanted $10 per bag to hold them until check-in. The only restroom available was up steep stairs(I am unable to walk up to it.) I paid $70 to get into the room early. The lobby was full of others waiting for check-in. There were no healthy options for the daily breakfast. They made a mistake about my end date causing me to pack and when they discovered I had another day, they offered another room (which I declined.)

Uma boa opção no centro da cidade

Hotel que oferece serviços com atenção e cuidados. Localização em área central e de fácil acesso. A circulação à noite pede cuidados. Quarto amplo, limpo, manutenção boa como um todo. Café da manhã bem servido. É um dos meus endereços de hospedagem constante pois está perto de área cultural e comercial.

Hotel muito bom!!!

Hotel apesar de ser antigo ele é bem limpo o ambiente OK elevadores OK muito bom e uma coisa que eu percebi foi o chuveiro muito ruim para regular e as cortinas eu acho que poderia ser mais escura um blecaute maior. A excelência na recepção, as meninas da manutenção e cozinha também super atenciosos e simpático apesar de alguns hóspedes sem noção que estavam no café da manhã elas foram muito solicitas e educadas.

Razoável, muito boa a localização, próximo a Marina da Glória, Arcos da Lapa e ao lado do metrô Cinelândia. Café da manhã incrível, mas o hotel fica num prédio antigo, as camas não são muito confortáveis. É um bom custo benefício, mas não espere muito do hotel. Para uma passagem rápida como a minha valeu a pena, mas não ficaria muito tempo se estivesse de férias.
