I had an amazing stay at Ibiza Barra Hotel. Nobody spoke any English and I don't speak any Portuguese, so there was definitely a language barrier, but all of the staff were so amazing and so patient while I tried to translate. Particularly Ezequiel was amazing, he was very friendly and helpful and we were sad to have to say goodbye. If I ever visit Barra again I will be looking to book here!

No anuncio do quarto as fotos do quarto com sacada eram de frente pro rio, quando chegamos era de frente pra rua. Café da manha ruim, sucos sem gosto, chocolate quente quase transparente e os paes e bolos duros. As camas nao tem lençois.

Chegamos para fazer check in as 17 e o quarto ainda nao estava pronto. Tivemos que esperar uns 20 minutos para arrumarem. No frigobar nao tem nada. É necessario pegar as bebidas na recepcao e, se nao consumir tudo, retorna-las na propria recepcao. Tirando esses pequenos detalhe foi tudo muito bom. Infraestrutura muito boa e agradavel. Tudo bem limpo e travesseiros confortaveis. Café da manhã bom mas nada excepcional

Foi uma boa experiência! A vista do hotel p lagoa e bonita, quarto com bom tamanho e cafe da manha bom! Porem, a parte negativa é nao ter cobertor no quarto, fiz a solicitação e fui indormada que nao tinha mais e o banheiro sem vedacao no boxe, com isso, o piso fica muito molhado!

Pagamos por um bom quarto e ficamos com o pior!!!

Nunca encontrei um hotel que trata-se ps hóspedes com tão pouco caso. A estadia foi terrível, pagamos por um quarto com três camas de solteiro e vista. Quando fizemos o checkin nosso quarto tinha uma cama de casal e uma de solteiro e não havia cobertores suficientes para todos os hóspedes. Ao solicitar o quarto pelo qual havíamos feito a reserva, fomos informados de que não haviam quartos e nem cobertores disponíveis no hotel, ou seja, pagamos por um ótimo quarto e ficamos com o pior.

O quarto limpo, porém muito fechado, apesar de existir janela para a área de ventilação que tinha teto fechado. A ventilação, a renovação de ar ali é impossível. Tem que retirar aquela cobertura para entrar iluminação e ventilação- Ap211.

A porta estava emperrando, o atendimento não é bom, os funcionários são fechados, eu liguei um dia antes para hospedagem e quem atendeu desligou na minha cara, da pra escutar as pessoas do outro quarto, da pra ouvir o barulho de quem está de fora, o café da manhã é ótimo, a parte externa é maravilhosa, a cama é boa, o ar bom, tudo limpo, o chuveiro é quente!
