Clean room & close to a Metro station (Cinelandia). Other than that, there’s nothing open in surrounding areas. Good if you want to stay close to Santos Dumont airport.

Stayed here one night before our flight. Good price for so-so hotel, especially the bathroom was really not clean. The location is terrible and dangerous, full of homeles people in the streets, for sure mot a place to spend holiday. But for overnight connection is OK

We booked this hotel for a quick layover. The walk to the hotel is very sketchy and you feel unsafe. They are hundreds of homeless people outside. There are not towels in the rooms and after walking back down to the reception the staff was very annoyed by us asking for a towel ?! The room is not very clean or nice.

We asked for a high up room...got 3rd floor. Only one towel for 2 guests, so we had to ring reception but we had to go down to sort it out after just arriving. They shut down the entry card, so we were locked out of our room, again we had to go to reception to sort it out! Bathroom ran out of gel in the shower, so not checked or refilled. I normally scrimp on hotels, (We got a room in Sao Paulo, breakfast and room service for 4 nights for half of what we paid for Ibis 2 nights!!) This time paid for a rubbish service at the Ibis...not again ever.

Localização muito boa, quartos padrão da rede e atendimento muito bom! Café da manhã excelente com muitas opções (serviço pago à parte). Único ponto que não tivemos limpeza do quarto mesmo colocando a placa pedindo limpeza, no final apenas trouxeram novas toalhas porém a limpeza não foi feita.

Tentei fazer meu check in as 11:45hs. Sabendo que o horário é as 14:30hs. Quarto disponível, confirmado pelo atendente, mas acesso mediante o pagamento de R$ 180 por um meia diária. Ele ainda me disse que as 13hs estaria disponível, sem pagamentos. Perguntei à ele qual seria a lógica me cobrar R$ 180 por 1:15hs de estadia. Não respondeu, e disse que se eu quisesse teria que pagar os R$ 180. Já me hospedei na rede em muitas partes do mundo por saber o que esperar. Limpeza e quartos novos. Mas esta unidade está totalmente decadente. Quarto sem rodapés; travesseiros velhos e amarelados (tive o trabalho de tirar as fronhas), banheiro com mofo espalhado por todos os lados, enfim, a cara da atual decadência do Rio. E só fiquei lá porque, como era semana do carnaval, não havia outras opções.

Já me hospedei anteriormente no mesmo hotel então posso afirmar que o hotel está degradado. A cama extra não estava montada na chegada e levou mais de uma hora para deixarem-na pronta. Não disponibiliza toalhas de rosto. Ar-condicionado pingando água dentro do quarto. Não recomendo para famílias. Estacionamento sem sinalização.
