The whole area was convient, walking distance to everything. Dinning, stores, transit, malls, etc. I'm planning on going back to the same hotel(ibis) next year!!!

I got changed twice!!! I paid with Expedia and I got to my hotel late they made me pay again saying I didn’t pay. Over all terrible experience would not go again plus there were bugs everywhere in the room.

Fit for short stays

Hotel workers are great, but the room is really basic and not really appealing. Only stayed for a night and was ok, but I don't think this is the type of hotel you'd book for a long vacation.

Basic accommodation for short stay

Basic hotel as noted on Hotels.com Rooms are basic but clean. Location is central and close walk to the metro. Area at night is okay, just need to be vigilante if walking around as there are people sleeping on the streets and nearby Hotel shower head from the ceiling could be better. Service was great, however English was not spoken, hence needed to speak Spanish. Overall service was friendly and efficient. Just be careful as there's poverty and beggars living within 30 yard proximity of the hotel entrance Our stay was for only one night

O atendimento é impecável, funcionários muito educados e ágeis, porém, uma coisa me incomodou muito, o ar condicionado, o ar condicionado fazia um barulho insuportável, o que me fez dormir muito mal, me hospedei no quarto 1053 e quase não consegui dormir por conta de um aparelho insuportável que vinha do ar, como se estivesse precisando de óleo, um barulho muito alto mesmo, não quis incomodar os funcionários, porque também tenho cisma de não querer incomodar as pessoas, mas enfim, a experiência com o local foi muito boa, porém, esse detalhe me deixou muito triste.

Péssima experiência

Estadia deixou muito a desejar! Limpeza precária, feita bem por cima mesmo. Todos os dias só entram no quarto para arrumar a cama e repor sabonete, mesmo com o quarto visivelmente sujo não limparam. Durante a estadia inteira ignoraram meu filho, deixando apenas 2 toalhas quase todos os dias que trocaram, sendo que éramos 3 hóspedes (quarto com cama de casal + cama de solteiro). Cama desconfortável, falta de cobertor e toalhas, acústica do quarto não existia, dava para ouvir tudo dos quartos aos lados, inclusive a bateção de porta logo cedo. Única que não tivemos problemas foi o chuveiro que o ar condicionado. Primeira vez que fico em um Íbis para nunca mais! Péssima experiência.
