Room cleaning is not good. My floor was really . Really dirty. Has to call for hep twice. Reception and restaurant employees were attentive. Room Is very simple but functional. Location is fantastic. Price is highly for accommodation offers. No face towels at bathroom And not cleaning service at night at all if needed

Very nice hotel, with a good breakfast, very good location and very gentle people in the front desk. But WiFi almost never worked properly, a couple of days they didn’t do our room and once they woke as up while we had the “Do not disturb” sign.

Absolute worst! I chose it for the location and breakfast, which are the only good things along with the view. On the first day, I noticed two of my belongings went missing after the room was cleaned. When I reported it, they responded by saying they trusted their cleaning staff because they were long term employees and showed no interest in compensating me. After cleaning, they didn’t replace the towels. I requested new ones, and it took 3 hours for them to arrive only after asking multiple times. When they finally brought them, the towels were dirty as shown in the photos. This happened twice. The room was constantly dirty—full of sand and hair in various places and never properly cleaned. I stopped trusting the cleaning service and locked everything in the safe. Next day, the safe broke and they had to drill it open to give me access to my work equipment. I requested to have my room cleaned while I was present, but the cleaning was very superficial: they used a broom, didn’t vacuum, and even wiped surfaces with a pillowcase right in front of me. Wi-Fi was terrible in both hotels, constantly disconnecting and unreliable. After begging for basic service and being ignored by every receptionist I spoke to over the phone—they clearly didn’t care about anything I was requesting—I had to escalate the issue to the hotel manager. She was the only person who provided proper assistance and transferred me to Mercure. While the room was slightly better, there was mold on curtains.

No contexto custo benefício atendeu, porém senti falta de mais conforto no quanto quanto a falta de itens como shampoo no banheiro, toalhas de rosto, frigobar vazio, ar condicionado sem possibilidade de programar para temperatura que nos agradava pois não aceitava outra. À academia quente e com o acionador do purificador de água gelada estava quebrado. Porém a vista é o café da manhã, superaram essas questões.

Já tenho o costume de hospedar no Ibis e sei do seu padrão e nunca reclamei, mas dessa vez foi bem pior do que das outras vezes… controle da tv sem pilha, tive que descer até a recepção para pedir pra troca las pois o telefone da recepção não atendia de forma alguma, quarto não estava totalmente limpo na entrada, as toalhas já bem gastas de uso, inclusive teve uma dia que trocaram e ela veio rasgada, foto anexo, tirando que o valor do café da manhã que é um valor absurdo para contrata lo na reserva ou para pagar na hora, mais caro ainda, me decepcionei muito dessa vez…
