Passeio de 1 dia, quarto confortável,ar condicionado faz barulho. Café da manhã agradável não tem tanta variedade de frutas Estacionamento péssimo, tive problemas e me foi interfonaram 2 vezes as 7 da manhã,acabou com meu descanso. Sujestão: Preparar mais os funcionários de atendimento de recepção, não volto mais .

Agradável

Localizado numa área reservada, próxima ao Centro, sendo necessário uma leve caminhada de 10 min ao Centro comercialda cidade. Atendimento dos funcionários foi bom. Quarto agradável; cama poderia ser melhor ( um pouco desconfortável); ar condicionado excelente nesses dias de calor. Bem tranquilo! Bom custo/ benefício.

Cama king grande razoável, afunda um pouco. Televisão pequena e som ruim. Corredor barulhento e frigobar vazio, nem água tinha, tive que pedir. Café da manhã muito fraco, rocambole na geladeira sem embalar, material de limpeza e balde na porta da geladeira do café da manhã, presunto embolorado, com gosto ruim. Uma coisa que salva o hotel ainda, é o atendimento dos funcionários. De resto precisa melhorar muito.

Tive problemas com o estacionamento a NF de consumo no restaurante não recebi o café da manhã é razoável. Muito barulho nos corredores eu não recomendo e também não retorno.

Quarto com um pouco de cheiro de mofo, encontrei alguns insetos (aranhas, mosquitos). O ar condicionado é extremamente barulhento, modelo de embutir em parede, com acesso horrível, tive que subir em cima da cama para conseguir ajustar (Ficava no alto e atrás de um armário).

Hotel exatamente como o apresentado nas fotos. O mesmo encontra-se com instalações novas e é de fácil acesso às fábricas da região. Simples, porém para negócios atende plenamente.

Os funcionários são muito atenciosos, mas como tem poucas arrumadeiras a limpeza é péssima, o café da manhã é péssimo, nao tem quase nada de bolo e quando tem repete uns 03 dias o mesmo bolo.

Hotel bom, mas com preço muito acima do mercado pelo que oferece, umidade nos corredores e paredes, barata morta no corredor, bom atendimento, boa refeição e com preço acessível, bem próximo a área industrial que necessitávamos visitar. Mas, não tem nada perto para fazer, é um bom hotel apenas para negócios, devido a proximidade a área industrial.

O hotel fica no centro de Itaguaí, próximo de tudo. Estacionamento gratuito, bom café da manhã. Boa opção para quem quer ficar perto das praias, sem custos exorbitantes.

Muito bom!

Ótimo custo benefício! Hotel novo, quarto bem arrumado, tudo limpinho, itens de higiene de excelente qualidade, inclusive hidratante pós praia (interessante). Só não tinha opção de lazer para crianças e o ar condicionado muito barulhento (tive que desligar para dormir). Café da manhã ótimo, tudo fresquinho e muitas opções.

Baixo custo benefício.

O hotel se vale do fato de ser praticamente a única opção do local para cobrar um preço incompatível com o nível de conforto. Fiquei em um quarto de deficiente, embora não tenha solicitado. Mas achei e estranho um quarto para atender essa especialidade ser no fim de um enorme corredor rampado e ter um ar condicionado mecânico (sem controle remoto) numa posiçao inacessível. O quarto é muito simples e parece ter sido organizado por leigos não tem fluidez. A água do aquecedor estava ou desligada ou no mínimo pois estava fria. Não tem microondas, nem secador de cabelo. O café da manhã muito fraco com frutas com casca e caroço, yogurtes sem marca, e parte de padaria muito ressecada. Vários produtos acabaram e não forma repostos. Ou seja o hotel oferece o mínimo. Não tem custo / benefício.
