Loud aircondition but comfortable bed

Comfortable bed, but very loud aircondition. Also with an elevator as a neighbour the night could have been more quiet.Top floor terrasse in the evening was very quiet and relaxing place to sit.

Small and Cozy place in Niteroi.

We liked so much. It was not my first time but to my friend was. The breakfast is very good. The localization for me top. The staff was nice and helpful.

O Hotel é muito aconchegante. Os funcionários são super atenciosos. O café da manhã é maravilhoso. O único ponto negativo é o colchão, visto que cheguei a trocar de quarto, mas a qualidade do colchão caiu muito em relação às outras hospedagens no mesmo hotel.

Eu só fico nesse hotel qnd não acho vaga em outro de minha preferência. Já relatei várias vezes as experiências ruins, como roupa de banho velha e fedorenta, roupa de cama e cobertor c cheiro de usados, sabonete da pior qualidade, café da manhã tbm poderia melhorar pq colocam pães e bolos velhos de sobras de dias anteriores! A equipe do atendimento é boa.
