Had a great experience at hotel Vermont. Room was clean with nice amenities. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is great, surrounded by shops and restaurants and 2 blocks from the beach and 4 blocks from the lagoon. Definitely recommend and will stay here again next time I visit Rio.

Staff was really helpful and there was 24 hr security at all time and as a solo female traveller I felt incredibly safe. Breakfast was really good and they actually had different menus rotating. Location was really good and close to everything including metro and buses.

Our stay was very comfortable. The room is clean and the breakfast buffet was actually very good. The location was perfect, only a five minute walk to Ipanema Beach. Plus they give you free beach towels, and umbrellas.

Overall, a solid 3-star hotel located in an excellent location. I can't really think of anything to complain about, since everything was as promised and consistent with a 3-star hotel. Do not expect 5-star accommodations at a 3-star hotel; you will be very happy with Hotel Vermont.

This hotel has character and is well located. Short walk to a variety of restaurants and Ipanema beach. There was an issue with the A/C in our room and the desk manager was able to move us to another room. The quality and variety of food at breakfast was good.

Great location, close to restaurants, the beach and other attractions. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay.
