My shower did not have any hot water. When i went to the front desk they said there was nothing they could do about it. My room also didnt have a blanket. The toilet also has a lot of issues

Absolutely TERRIBLE. They claim to have parking, but its only about 20 spots and the cars can't get in or out freely without playing puzzle and removing all cars that are blocking the ones in the front, garanteed parking was the only reason we chose this dump. DIRTY! The towels and sheets have stains, the floors are sticky, everything inside the rooms are falling apart, dirty or stained, and I mean everything. The location is terrifying, people defecate and urinate on the streets, the restaurants around the area have roaches, we did not feel safe (pay the extra money and stay elsewhere). The one positive is the breakfast, simple but good.

Hotel bom. Quarto bom. Banheiro razoável. Estacionamento razoável, precisa deixar a chave na recepção para caso seja necessário manobrar. Café da manhã bom. Tinham algumas goteiras no corredor dos quartos, mas nada incômodo.

A única coisa boa do hotel, foram os dois atendentes. Atenciosos e educados. Mas o resto?! Horrível. Na primeira noite acordei com muitos bichos na cama, parecendo carrapato. 3h da madrugada mudamos para outro andar ( primeiro) só mofo, quarto com infiltração. Péssima experiência.

No primeiro dia, precisei trocar de quarto 3 vezes, pois no primeiro a parede estava toda mofada, no segundo haviam insetos caindo do teto na cama e no terceiro estava menos pior, porém, o banheiro estava voltando um cheiro péssimo. É a quarta vez que me hospedo no hotel e fiquei surpreso com o descuidado que a propriedade estava dessa vez. Elevador não travava a porta quando estava partindo da recepção, inclusive minha esposa e filha ficaram cerca de 01 minutos presas dentro dele até ele começar a subir. No café da manhã, apenas 01 funcionário para recolher talheres, pratos e copos sujos e repor os alimentos, sendo totalmente desumano o rapaz trabalhar sozinho para atender a alta demanda de hóspedes.
