Property was clean. The sheets and towels were clean. Restaurants, pharmacies, banks are within walking distance.

The place was pretty and immaculate. They only give one key. Needed help getting in every time we left. The key never worked. You need the key to make the electricity work. That means no charging anything while you’re out. No cooling the room for your return. It is a short walk to the famous Stairs. There are no windows in the rooms.

Experiência horrível. Cama desconfortável e muito pequena para o casal. Passamos uma noite horrível. O vaso sanitário estava solto do chão, podendo ocasionar acidentes. O Ar-condicionado localizado bem em cima da cama. Enfim… não recomendo à ninguém.

Incrível !!!!!! Um Oasis no centro do Rio! Fiquei impressionado com a limpeza e decoração desse Hotel!! tudo novinho e de muito bom gosto ! Gostei muito da localização , melhor ponto da lapa , do lado do Belmonte , Pizzaria Vezpa , da para fazer tudo a pé .... e a Acústica do prédio é excelente!!! Voltarei com certeza !

O hotel é novo, muito bonito e organizado. Fica bem no meio do agito da Lapa, pra quem curte, mas é surpreendentemente silencioso, pra quem quer descansar. Os melhores quartos são espaçosos, e têm até cozinha completa, por um pequeno acréscimo na diária em relação aos quartos mais simples. O hotel não oferece café da manhã, o que pra mim, particularmente, não tem importância, mas pode ser fundamental para outros. O banheiro, porém, deixa a desejar. É um pouco apertado; pelo tamanho do quarto, poderia ser maior. A pia tem bancada pequena, pra quem carrega seus cosméticos e itens pessoais. A água não tem aquecimento central; por isso, não tem água quente na pia, algo que um simples aquecedor elétrico poderia resolver. O chuveiro é elétrico, mas a água sai com pouca pressão e muito quente, mesmo regulado na menor temperatura. Pressurizadores e chuveiros com regulagem contínua de temperatura resolveriam. Enfim, o banheiro não está no mesmo nível dos quartos, nem de outros hotéis nesta faixa de preço. Se o hotel resolver esta deficiência, será nota 10!
