O quarto estava com luzes piscando e outras queimadas. A internet não funcionou dia algum da minha estadia, no quarto nem mesmo em outras áreas comuns do hotel. O cofre não funciona também. Minha nota só não foi pior pois a localização era boa em relação ao que eu precisava fazer no rio, que era ir a um show na Farmasi arena. Já nos outros quesitos. Pessimo. Inclusive pedi pra trocar de quarto, e depois de muito custo me ofereceram outros 2, mas todos eles com o mesmo problema. E me disseram que as luzes estavam pra chegar, que já havia sido feito o pedido, mas ainda não tinham chegado. Bem como um deles, nem cofre possuía.
