Its an outdated hotel but you will be comfortable based on your needs. Had ac and hot water, wifi gave some trouble, but i would call for assistance and they aided as best possible. Having a Tv was of no use since none of the cable channels were in English. Its central, good for walking to anything u could need, food, grocery options, beach and ideal for some tour pickups. Staff is helpful and friendly.

Great place, exactly what I needed for a quick stay in Rio budget wise. Wifi is a bit unstable and the elevator slow/busy which would be the only negative. Would definetaly stay again

Economic stay at Copacabana

Closet and bedside tables had quite a lot of sawdust-like remainings of some animals and spider nets i.e. they weren’t cleaned for ages. Wifi was poor as well as ventilation: air was so wet that towel didn’t never get dry. Staff were nice and helpful and understood English. Easy access to the beach.

There was just about no wifi in the room. I heard other people complaining too so it wasn't just my room. There was a charge to use the room safe. Unbelievable! I have stayed in 100 hotels and this is the first time that this has happened.

The property was conveniently located next-door to a parking structure. The daily parking fee was reduced because we were staying at the hotel. There was a complimentary breakfast as well. The staff at the hotel were very nice and welcoming. My issue was with the room itself. The room was not maintained very well. The shower door does not close so water was all over the bathroom floor. There was mold in the shower, the bathroom mirror and in the bedroom. The pictures hanging over the beds also had mold under the glass in the frame. The air conditioning vent was dirty. The mini fridge was very dirty. The window opens all the way even though you are 12 floors up. It is not safe for children.

El personal muy atento, en el lobby tambien el personal de limpieza bien atento todos los dias, igual el personal del restaurante. El detalle esta en la propiedad, ascensores viejos, baños antiguos y con muy mala terminacion, aires acondicionado de ventana, la propiedad necesita una reforma urgente, no depende de los colaboradores, si no mas bien del propietario. Normal como era de esperarse en rio, los indigentes dominan las acerras en horas de la noche, lo que lo hace parecer un poco inseguro.

Ótima localização, porém necessita de cuidados

O hotel possui uma perfeita localização e ótima estrutura . Mas infelizmente, precisam dar mais atenção em alguns pontos importantes, como a limpeza em todos os pontos do hotel, o quarto só foi limpo depois que solicitei, não dão muita importante, pois havia vários pontos do hotel com muita sujeira acumulada. Café da manhã, com muitos itens reaproveitados, passamos 5 dias, e apenas em 1 teve itens diferentes e ou frescos. Elevador está gritando por reforma. Extremamente lento e antigo. Mas acredito q nada irá agradar a todos. O hotel possui uma perfeita localização, a piscina e a sauna são incríveis, dá para aproveitar muuuito. Uma vista surreal. Funcionários gentis e atenciosos. Muitos comércios próximos. Apenas o café, precisam dar mais atenção, e tentar reaproveitar um pouco menos, pq nem tudo dá para guardar para o outro dia, produtos frescos, e qualidade nos alimentos são inegociáveis. Mas, a estadia foi ótima ! No geral acredito que o hotel precise de uma reforma . Por ser antigo, precisa ser cuidado regularmente. Mas nada q impeça de curtir a estadia com tranquilidade .

PERCEVEJO NA CAMA

A experiência acabou se tornando um.pesadelo No dia 22 de manhã achei varios parasitas no colchão. Eu estava com varias marcas vermelhas no corpo que coçavam achando que podia ser uma reação alergica, mas foi só aumentando. A unica cosa que o hotel fez foi a troca de quartos. Me informaram que o gerente ia entrar em contato , mas até agora nada. Chegueiontem na minha cidade e passei a manhã toda no Pronto Atendimento, pois está piorado muito as manchas, coceiras insuportáveis e lesões devdo a coceira. Minha estadia foi de 16 a 23/04

Ótima localização

A localização do hotel é excelente, fica duas quadras da praia de Copacabana. Nos sentimos em segurança naquela região para caminhar... O elevador é horrível, demora demais, antigo, a gente sempre pensava que ele ia dar defeito na nossa vez... O pessoal da recepção é ótimo, super atenciosos, nota 10 pra eles
