Good hotel in Lapa within walking distance to many bars and restaurants, AC is very noisy, bed is comfortable, breakfast is average. It is a good option if you want to save some money in hotel.

The place is great value, beautiful studio with an amazing top roof pool. Great customer service. The area around is not the nicest if you walk but it’s close to the famous stairs and lots of transportation. Overall excellent.

The hotel is located in one of the oldest area of Rio, close to the Lapa Arch. It’s surrounded by bar clubs and restaurants. It seems that the entire area is opened 24hrs. The building of the hotel is probably old but it’s been renovated, especially the bathroom. The breakfast is very good, lots of fruits, breads, juices, cakes. I am not sure if it’s because of Carnival since the hotel is crowded with tourists, but I enjoyed every minute of it, especially pao de queijo (cheese ball)

The staff are courteous and helpful, however the hotel's physical condition is poor - it does not match promotional photos. Dingy room paint and bathrooms needing renovation contribute to an unkempt aesthetic. More pressingly, ineffective cleaning causes strange odors property-wide. Finally, noisy outdated air conditioners fail to properly cool rooms. The one bright spot is the decent pool area. Significant facility updates would better align reality to marketing for this hotel.

Very old and tired hotel

Stayed here for 4 nights. I wasn't comfortable at all. 1. Room is very dark, lights need replacing to brighten up the room. 2. Towels were horrible. Very tatty and scratchy, even have holes. They looked like they were once white now greyish and just disgusting. 3. Pillows were horrible, lumpy. I can only dseceibe it as when you wash a duvet and they end up the insides clumpy. 4. Broken facilities like hairdrier (even after changing, just didnt work), light bulbs. The curtains look really dirty. 5.bed uncomfortable. Good points: 1. Staff were cordial 2. Breakfast: fresh fruits! And the pizza for breakfast was very good. Freshly made!

O hotel em si muito bonito ,portas seguras com fechamento cartão, so fiquei bastante chateada com a limpeza do ar condicionado, totalmente sujo e com filtro muito empoeirado um horror, o vaso sanitário e o chuveirinho estavam vazando,precisa ser revisado com mais frequência, atendimento do func.Roni da piscina excelente super atencioso e educado,hotel super bem localizado

Middels hotell i et litt utrygt område.

Område hotellet ligger i oppleves litt belastende. Mye folk, men også noe utrygt i følge hotellpersonalet. Hotellpersonalet snakker ikke engelsk (som forventet) men vet heller ikke så hjelpsomme når vi forsøkte å kommunisere med oversettingsapp. Frokosten var veldig bra. Litt mangel på vedlikehold. Vinduet på rommet vårl kunne ikke lukket. Mye støy fra aircondition anlegget.

Segunda vez que me hospedo,a piscina suja, não tinha toalhas na área da piscina ,guarda sol quebrado,drink que pedi veio aguado, área precisa de uma manutenção. No quarto o ar condicionado vazava água que chegou fazer poça de água. No meu último dia fui para piscina e havia funcionário lavando e ja passava das 10 hs ,onde foi mal educado e não deixou as pessoas entrarem.
