It was a good hotel for the price. The walls were really thin though and you could hear everything going on around you. Not a super great location, didn’t really feel safe just walking out of the door and down the street.

I’ve stayed in several hotels in Rio, but Rede Andrade was disappointing. Linens, towels were really old, with stains barely having holes on them. Toilet paper was really poor quality too - I had to buy new ones for me. Hotel doesn’t have good TV reception. When there was one, the image and sound was pretty bad. My room was also noisy and black out curtains didn’t really block the sun. Although the hotel staff was great and was always friendly and helpful, I probably wouldn’t stay there again.

Decepção

Foi péssima, para começar a recepção sem a mínima gentileza, ao dar bom dia poucas vezes respondiam, fechados parecia que estavam fazendo favor. O telefone do meu quarto estava quebrado quando cheguei, então pedi para consertar. Tiraram o telefone e até a minha saída não colocaram outro. As toalhas de horrível qualidade ( posso enviar as fotos que tirei), o café da manhã só ofereciam ovo e salsicha, bolo duro e também não tinha copo de vidro para suco, apenas descartáveis e pouquíssimo copos americanos. Enfim, não congelei minha estadia porque já havia pago a metade e caríssimo. Um desastre. Não indico para ninguém. Ainda tem as cortinas sujas.

Llegué a las 2PM para hacer mi check-in y no tenían lista la habitación. Esperé durante 1 hora y nada que me la daban. Me cansé y me tuve que ir a recorrer la ciudad para aprovechar el tiempo. La habitación es pequeña, solo te dejan 2 jabones, nada más. El desayuno es poco variado, deja mucho que desear. Me quedé en la misma cadena de hotel en Florianópolis y es igual de terrible, desorganizado, no te entregan las habitaciones a tiempo y el desayuno es poco variado. No me volvería a hospedar en ningún hotel de esta misma cadena, me decepcionó.

Péssima experiencia. Fui mal atendido no check in, por erro de logistica deles não havia quarto duplo (conforme eu pedi na reserva) mas estranhamente outras pessoas na mesma categoria simplesmente passavam na minha frente. Quando consegui um quarto o mesmo estava pessimamente limpo, fios de cabelo no chão, uma limpeza muito mal feita, até a descarga do banheiro deu problema. Café da manhã com pouquissimos itens. Não recomendo e não voltarei.
