Horrible breakfast maybe the worst I have had in a hotel even the fruits were tasteless. The hotel is in now very unsafe area at night. I would not recommend this hotel.

It was a good hotel for the price. The walls were really thin though and you could hear everything going on around you. Not a super great location, didn’t really feel safe just walking out of the door and down the street.

Very far from beach, its need go or on 104 bus on Copacobana or on metro 🚇 but to achieve metro need 30 minutes walk on Cinelandia metro station.

O café da manhã deixou a desejar, mesmo itens todos os dias, além de que pouca variedade e itens de qualidade péssima. O maior problema, no entanto, foi o serviço de limpeza dos quartos. Durante dois dias não consegui ter o quarto limpo. No primeiro dia, saí às 11h e retornei às 15h. Solicitei na recepção que a limpeza fosse realizada nesse intervalo, mas fui informado de que esse horário é destinado prioritariamente aos quartos de hóspedes que fizeram check-out. Como resultado, retornei e o quarto continuava sem limpeza. No dia seguinte, saí às 10h e voltei às 16h, e novamente o quarto permanecia sem limpeza. A equipe só compareceu por volta das 17h30, justamente no horário em que eu havia reservado para descansar, impossibilitando a realização do serviço. Além de que, a região é bastante barulhenta… Infelizmente, a experiência foi bastante negativa. A impressão é de que o hotel não está preparado para oferecer um atendimento compatível com o padrão esperado de hotelaria. Faltam organização, planejamento e atenção às necessidades dos hóspedes, comprometendo significativamente a qualidade da estadia.
