Fairly close to GIG airport, very reasonable price and was in a safe and convenient location for food options - great variety of food options in the mall opposite the hotel. Staff are helpful, great service, location and cleanliness. No complaints! :)

The hotel is somewhat new and the rooms are alittle small but it's very clean, with fresh linens and modern amenities. The location is conveniently good, not too far from the international airport and just across the street from the hotel lies a large mall that offers plenty of dining options at any restaurants to choose from. The front desk staff was helpful and professional throughout my stay.

No frill in the middle of nowhere.

No frill hotel for locals. It is far from any interesting area of Rio. There is a large middle class shopping mall directly across the street. Breakfast was standard hotel fare. The bed was comfortable. There was no safe in the room contrary to advertised.

The property is located in a very unsafe areas at foothill of violent favela. It shouldn’t ever be recommended in this site. It’s a shame and loss of my money. People with kids or just couples must not ever stay at that location.

The worst experience ever in my life. I had to pay for internet out of my own plan a day. The manager was rude, and I was threatened by the staff, that If I kept complaining I would have to find another place to go to. There are cockroaches on the wall at night, that I had to kill. The food and customer service are horrible. The place is nasty. The ad should be taken off Expedia. I tried to call you to tell you this but my phone is out of range

Esta é a segunda vez q me hospedo e dessa vez fiquei no quarto 509, somente 1 reclamação: o chuveiro ou precisa ser trocado ou pelo menos precisa de limpeza e manutenção. Se quiser tomar banho sem molhar o cabelo é quase impossível. Tirando isso... o quarto atende muito bem ! Ah lembrei de mais 1: A TV DEVERIA SER TROCADA PRA SMART!

Só passei um dia no hotel e fiquei bem satisfeita com o atendimento: tive que deixar minha mochila, pois cheguei antes do horário do checkin. Além disso, o quarto bem limpo, banheiro espaçoso e com tudo que precisamos. Mas o melhor pra mim foi a localização! Perto do Engenhão e de frente pra um shopping com todo tipo de loja e até um supermercado dentro! Super recomendo!
