I stayed just over 2 weeks and really enjoyed my stay. The facility appears new and modern, with a beautiful rooftop patio. The room was beautiful: daily housekeeping, confortable bed, great water pressure - no complaints. I also enjoyed the location, very easy to take the bus or subway to outside tourist spots but also getting a more local experience in the centro area. It is close to Lapa - the party district (sometimes music can be heard at night so I would bring ear plugs if your a light sleeper). Next door there was construction, and they worked at odd times and were very loud (this was the only inconvenience but this has nothing to do with the hotel). Otherwise, everything was perfect and i felt safe as a solo traveler.

They don’t attend by phone in English.

I had an issue with dates when I first booked and hotels.com tried to resolve it by phone for me to no avail. The property would not answer or if they did the hotel management would not be available. When i arrived at the property I walked in and found both managers at front desk. I told them about my issue and they promptly took care of it.

It’s Centro Rio. Expect to see beggars and smell bad everywhere. It’s 10 min walk to metro via rundown streets. Staff were not impolite but no greetings nor happy face. Rooms are ok - very basic.

Excelente opção para viagens a negócios

Excelente atendimento da equipe, realmente fazem a diferença. A localização do Hotel para quem está inso a trabalho é ótima, pois fica a poucos metros a pé de uma estação do VLT do Rio. O único detalhae é que o Centro do RIo a noite fica vazio, o que não anima a sair para jantar, mas pedi comida para entregar no Hotel e funcionou super bem e foi rápido. Outro detalhe é o tamanho do quarto, onde o banheiro e a cama são intergrados no mesmo ambiente. Para quem vai sozinho funciona, mas se for um casal ou família já complica.

Ótima opção perto do Santos Dumont

Excelente custo benefício. Fui muito bem atendido e ganhei um upgrade de quarto no momento do checkin para conseguir entrar antes do horário, por iniciativa do recepcionista. Quarto confortável e café da manhã excelente e farto. Localização ótima para quem precisa usar o aeroporto Santos Dumont!

Hotel bom em relação ao custo / benefício

O Hotel é muito bom, localização, limpeza do apartamento, cordialidade dos funcionários, café da manhã com várias opções. Os únicos problemas que tive foram: 1) no corredor do sexto andar, tem um mal cheiro insuportável, algo parecido com esgoto. Acredito que o Hotel já saiba do problema, pois na foto vocês podem ver que as portas de emergência ficam todas abertas. 2) No dia 19/07 as 22h solicitei a recepção uma taca e abridor de garrafa e segundo o recepcionista não havia . Já no dia 20/07/25 no mesmo horário consegui pelo menos o abridor de vinhos na recepção.

Um tratamento cruel e desumano.

Sempre me hospedo neste hotel, fugindo da "muvuca" de Copacabana. Hospedei-me no dia 10/07. No dia seguinte ao dirigir-me ao café, fui abordado pelo encarregado da recepção, informando em altos brados perante outros hospedes "que não teria direito ao café". Nos dias anteriores nunca teria sido molestado. A postura do funcionário foi brusca e insensata, dando a entender que estaria burlando o sistema hoteleiro. Mesmo com tratamento tão degradante devo ainda por lá me hospedar esperando nunca ser atendido por funcionário tão despreparado.

Superou Expectativas

Minha experiência neste hotel foi muito positiva. O que mais me chamou a atenção foi o atendimento. Todas as pessoas com quem tive contato foram extremamente gentis e atenciosas. O café da manhã é simples, mas bem servido e suficiente para começar bem o dia. Vim sozinho e fiquei no quarto micro. Confesso que estava um pouco preocupado com o espaço, mas ele atendeu muito bem às minhas expectativas. A cama é confortável, dormi muito bem, e o chuveiro é excelente. Sem dúvida, voltarei a me hospedar aqui sempre que vier ao Rio, seja a trabalho, a passeio ou com a família. A localização também é excelente, ficou super perto de onde precisei estar desta vez.

Peguei o quarto mais simples e, ainda assim veio com uma varanda grande , e uma vista linda entre o Aeroporto e a parte mais central do Rio. Hotel limpo e cheiroso, funcionários cordiais. Simples, porém moderno, ambiente acolhedor e humanizado. Me surpreendeu positivamente. Nota 10.

O hotel não oferecia serviço de quarto, a cama era bastante reduzida, a pressão da água do chuveiro poderia ser mais intensa, faltava uma cadeira para trabalho no quarto, a varanda poderia contar com uma mesa e uma cadeira, e o ruído do trem elétrico (VLT) era um pouco incômodo.
