Excellent staff, very helpful. Good location. But if you want to relax at night then the mattresses are very uncomfortable,old and sinking in. The staff tried to change my room but the other room also had old mattresses may be 20 years old. Toiletries are very few so better to carry own. Cleanliness was ok. No kettle or microwave, 1cup hotwater is $5.

it was very old not upgrade at all,breakfast was very simple the hot water for tea was like swear water(yellow &smell bad)we stay 7 night and everyday was same items for breakfast 4-5 items the staff were good,location was good,but the rooms was terrible,not recommend this hotel,it was too noisy all 24hrs the windows was not sound proof,the A/C was making noise too.at first night we found stain in bed sheets.

Convenient location. Restaurant 24/7 2blocks away. supermarket near by. The Hotel staff are very helpful and nice. José check us in on our first day and very accomodating to answer all our questions regarding the place.. where to go and what to do. The Bell boy who welcomed us and open the door was very helpful assisting us with out luggage, I wasnt able to get his name as i was very tired and struggeling holding my bellongings. To that young dude, thanks for your help!!! Ricardo help us in for another day extention with a breeze! The pool at the rooftop is great! The free breakfast is nice. Just be careful at night walking round outside. Don't wear jewelries and leave valuable items safe. This place is 10/10 when it comes to value of your money.

Has all the issues mentioned by other reviews – very dated and poorly maintained, rubbish wifi, not particularly clean, noisy AC. But the rooms are of a good size, staff friendly, nice breakfast and a convenient location a couple of blocks from the beach. For the price it probably warrants more stars, but the kicker was they downgraded my booking from a suite to a cheaper standard room without telling me, so didn't have the features listed in the advert – balcony, extra space, etc. So I didn't even get what I paid for

I upgraded the room two times and had to pay $500 more. The room was extremely dirty. There were sands on the carpet from possibly previous guests at all times that they haven’t cleaned. The room was smelling like pee as well. I had to buy a room spray to change the smell. There were also broken items in the room. It was a horrible stay. You have to reevaluate your rating system. I trusted Expedia here but never again.
