Very centrally located apartment hotel at the beginning of Ipanema Beach. The apartments are clean, functional, but very cool and soberly furnished. A little more color, decoration, and sophistication would make the rooms appear more cozy without costing the operators much money. Some of the rooms have no windows or only a light well. The apartments were still undergoing renovation during our stay (January 2026). The construction noise could be heard during the day, while dust from the renovation work drifted from the hallway into every room throughout the day and was visible everywhere. Once the work is complete, the apartment hotel is recommended for guests who do not have overly high expectations of their accommodation.

Anna Suites are apartments managed by the neighboring Arena Ipanema hotel. The breakfast buffet is at the hotel next door as is the rooftop bar and pool. The suites are spacious and ideal for a couple or anyone who would appreciate a little more room. The beds are comfortable, my room was quiet and always kept clean. You do need to provide your own personal items. The soap they provide is tiny. There is a kitchenette which is good for heating up leftovers or storing, cold drinks. It’s located on a busy street that connects the Ipanema Beach to Copacabana beach. There are a lot of food options nearby and it’s a short taxi ride to Botafogo or Leblon.

The 'suite' was a small apartment, with little light and absolutely no view, other than your own other window. Maintenance is lacking,other elevators looked like service area features, the entrance hall looked horrendous. Look elsewhere, no value for money here.

Although the suites were in a good state, the hallways and the elevators are old and outdated. The hallway felt pretty loud, you could hear everyone entering and leaving their suites. The AC kept on making weird noises which interrupted my sleep many times.

Boa estada, quarto bonito

Achei o apto bonito e confortável com geladeira e micro-ondas. A TV tem muitos canais e Internet. Com a porta da varanda aberta é bem barulhento, mas quando fecha a porta da varanda e a janela do quarto fica ok. Entrou um mosquito mas não pernilongo lá, tive sorte que os 2 dias que passei lá não estavam muito quentes, suponho que no verão devam entrar bem mais insetos. Area de lazer academia e piscina muito pequenos, mas disseram que eu poderia usar a do Arena Hotel mas não tentei. No geral boa estada, eu voltaria.
