We stayed at Américas Gaivota Hotel for one night and it was a horrible experience. We arrived around 10:00 pm and the room was dirty and old, with stained sheets and mold in the bathroom. Within minutes, my husband was bitten multiple times by mosquitoes, we killed several but they just kept coming. I was also bitten on my leg before even falling asleep. After less than an hour of trying, we had to leave because it was impossible to rest. The hallway and even the lobby were full of mosquitoes, and the staff member at the desk was swatting them away while talking to us. Very disappointing stay and definitely not recommended.

Infelizmente, minha experiência não foi positiva. Cheguei ao hotel por volta das 22h, após pagar uma diária a mais, e já no primeiro contato percebi falta de cuidado já na recepção com o forte cheiro de mofo. O lençol estava sujo e precisei solicitar a troca. Na manhã seguinte, ao utilizar o banheiro, ficou evidente que o quarto não havia sido devidamente limpo após a hospedagem anterior. Havia sujeira visível em diversos itens, o que demonstra falha grave nos padrões básicos de higiene e manutenção. Solicitei a troca de quarto ainda pela manhã, mas a situação não foi resolvida com a agilidade esperada. Além disso, questionei a possibilidade de um checkout um pouco mais tarde, como forma de compensação pelo horário tardio de chegada e pelos transtornos enfrentados, o pedido sequer foi analisado ou respondido. O valor pago não condiz com o serviço entregue, especialmente no que se refere à limpeza, organização e atenção ao hóspede. Deixo este relato para que futuros hóspedes estejam cientes e para que a administração reveja seus processos, principalmente os de limpeza e atendimento.

O preço condiz com a estrutura e café da manhã. O serviços e atendimento ficou um pouco a desejar. Limpeza ficou a desejar, muita areia e baratas no corredores por dias. E no quarto ao realizar checkin, banheiro do quarto, sem utilizar já estava imundo com muito cabelo no ralo e muita areia. O que tivemos que solicitar limpeza pra evitar entupimento do banheiro. Ponto positivo, que funcionarias da limpeza muito educadas. Porém, recepcionistas muito das vezes sem educação, pouco compreensíveis e sem empatia. Fui em época de altíssima temporada, na virada do ano. Porém não justifica o básico bem feito, que era pra ter em alinhamento com funcionários.
