Great location and wonderful staff, but unfortunately the property itself needs significant maintenance. The hotel is conveniently located near the metro and within walking distance of shops, pharmacies, and grocery stores. The staff were also friendly, helpful, and genuinely excellent throughout my stay. Unfortunately, the room had a strong mold-like smell that became noticeably worse whenever the A/C was turned on. Water also leaked from the shower wall into the bedroom, which was particularly concerning given the existing moisture and odor. Some lighting did not work, and the TV repeatedly made a strange popping sound before turning itself off. Overall, the location and staff were excellent, but the condition of the property took away from the experience. With better maintenance and attention to the rooms, this hotel could be a much better option.
