Não é uma pousada totalmente ruim, mas poderia ser excelente se houvesse uma melhor administração. As fotos são bem ilusórias. A começar pelo café da manhã que tem muitas opções, mas todas frias, inclusive os salgados fritos. Não existem rechauds ou estufas para salgados e pães. Não tem um microondas ou forno elétrico. Tem uma chapa/sanduicheira apenas, que serve pra fazer sanduíche ou torrada. E só. O local onde ficam os ovos mexidos e as salsichas tb não esquenta direito. Tudo frio. A pousada é um verdadeiro labirinto com muitas escadas (não tem elevador). Fica difícil achar os quartos. Os banheiros tem pias e torneiras fora do padrão, muito altos, difícil até escovar os dentes sem fazer uma molhadeira. Chuveiros elétricos bem básicos e sem pressão. Falta mesa e cadeira nos quartos. O quarto que eu fiquei tinha um "bufê" totalmente inútil, eu só queria uma cadeira e um apoio para mala. Fica a dica de ao menos adquirir aqueles apoios dobráveis para malas.

As fotos mostram um lugar bem melhor do que realmente é. O quarto tinha sujeira no criado-mudo e o lençol não estava totalmente limpo. A recepção foi um ponto positivo, fomos bem atendidos lá. Já no restaurante, o atendimento não foi bom e a comida também deixou a desejar. Demos 3 estrelas por causa da área de lazer, pelo café da manhã, pela localização (que é bem perto da praia) e pelo atendimento da recepção.

​Terrível! Simplesmente a pior hospedagem da minha vida. Meu marido realizou a reserva, mas o anúncio omitia fotos reais do quarto, que mais parecia um cativeiro. ​Os problemas começaram na estrutura e higiene: ​Quarto: Camas péssimas, travesseiros horríveis e roupa de cama com um forte cheiro de suor. ​Banheiro: Teto com mofo aparente, chuveiro elétrico com fluxo de água quase inexistente e ralo entupido, fazendo com que o box inundasse durante o banho. ​O serviço conseguiu ser ainda pior: O café da manhã, que era elogiado, foi a "cereja do bolo" da catástrofe. Chegamos 40 minutos antes do encerramento e não havia pão de queijo, ovos e nem o básico: CAFÉ. Com exceção do café, sobre os demais itens a equipe informou que não iria repor os itens pois estava "perto do horário" de finalizar. Só havia salgados fritos e bolos. ​Ao relatarmos os problemas e solicitarmos ao menos a troca de quarto, fomos informados de que o hotel estava lotado. Sem qualquer suporte ou solução por parte da gerência, decidimos abandonar o hotel e perder a nossa segunda diária. É inadmissível que um local sem condições mínimas de habitabilidade e higiene seja comercializado. Não recomendo a ninguém.

O hotel tem um espaço externo muito bonito e agradável e parece ter sido reformado recentemente. A recepção, area das piscinas e bar são bem novas e o hotel possui um predio anexo bem com aspecto de novo. Fiquei no predio da frente, tudo bem limpo mas com péssimas condições de conservação. Tudo era muito velho e precisava de manutenção. O ar condicionado não funcionava direito e fazia um barulho horrivel, precisei desligar durante a noite . Não tinha papel higiênico no banheiro , era um dispenser de gardanapo.

Quarto limpo, bom estacionamento, equipe boa, mas o quarto (nº 12) que utilizamos era sem ventilação e por causa disso o cheiro de humidade era enorme. Quando acordamos a parede, onde fica TV, estava molhada e escorrer. O seu José, funcionário, viu a situação. O rapaz da recepção filmou e tirou foto da situação em que estávamos.

O café da manhã surpreendeu pela variedade e sabor. O ar condicionado do quarto funcionando muito bem A cama era ruim, o colchão pior ainda, mas a roupa de cama estava limpinha e cheirosa. O chuveiro funcionando muito bem, com água quentinha, mas o vaso sanitário estava solto e cada vez que a gente sentava parecia que iria quebrar. As piscina era apenas um espelho de água para criança e a outra muito raza. O ambiente externo não é bonito nem aconchegante, mas para quem vai curtir o que e iste na cidade e a pousada é mais para dormir, tudo bem, deu para o gasto.
