O quarto é bom e espaçoso, o café da manhã é ótimo. Só precisam melhorar na limpeza e manutenção de algumas unidades. O quarto em que me hospedei no 5º andar estava com cheiro de mofo, a janela do banheiro estava fechada o que aumentava o odor. Quando ligávamos o chuveiro, escutávamos a água voltando pelo ralo. Ainda, a pia estava entupida, com o ralo visivelmente enferrujado, o que dificultava o escoamento da água.

Falta de credibilidade

Alguns coisas são essenciais e não podem pecar. Treinamento de funcionários e informação precisa não pode haver falha. A estrutura do hotel muito boa, café da manhã excelente. Tive problema de vazamento mas que não foi substancial, só molhou o piso e será certamente corrigido, pois estava vazando a ducha higiênica. O que gerou minha nota baixa foi que solicitei um late check-out no ato do meu check in e foi prontamente aceito pelo recepcionista. Houve a cobrança da diária pactuada sem nenhum acréscimo, cobrança essa feita depois de me concedida o plus. Ocorre que, para minha surpresa, ao sair pra almoçar minha chave deixou de funcionar (horário ultrapassado acredito eu do horário normal das estadias) e ao pedir pra reprogramar a chave me foi informado que deveria pagar 50% da diária, o que não foi o acordado no check in. O hotel tem todo o direito de cobrar, mas aí me oferecer gratuitamente eu fiquei até lisonjeado, passando a programar meu dia com tal condição, a qual iria dormir a tarde depois dos meus compromissos, pois meu voo era às 0:50. Fiquei muito triste com tal condição, pois durou meu planejamento e mesmo explicando a situação, foi negada e “voltado atrás” pela gerente a condição que foi pactuado. Inaceitável, pois perde-se a credibilidade com tal conduta. A não cobrança e a concessão da gratuidade partiu do hotel. E não foi honrado pela gerência, que mesmo sabendo que o “erro” ou a falha no procedimento foi culpa exclusiva do estabelecimento!
