Vacations Close To Apurímac River

It is a very basic hotel, staff were friendly and central location. On my 2nd night stay Toilet flush was not working but it was fine as we were checking out. Staff were accommodating.

This hotel is a little off the beaten path. It’s about one block past the area that feels active and safe. The lobby is very sparsely decorated and not very welcoming. We had two rooms. One of our rooms had hot water problems. Lots of cold showers. In our other room, the outlets did not work. The hotel staff was very responsive in fixing that problem. Overall, it was just fine.

Great location, close to the city center square. It did have an elevator as well so that was a bonus for me as the elevation impacted me immensely. The rooms did not have heat but there was a space heater that warmed up the room really well. The bathroom was small and the shower did not drain well so that was a small issue. Breakfast was basic some fruits and cereal with a couple meat options but I didn’t eat much the entire trip with the Diamox altering my taste. Don’t leave any food or candy out as ants will swarm it. Good stay overall and would recommend it just be aware this is not a North American 5 or 4 star for that matter.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to Nelson, the concierge, who went above and beyond to make our stay truly memorable. His kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail were exceptional. We would also like to thank to the bartender and everyone that have make the warm hospitality, friendly service, and genuine care made us feel incredibly welcome. The hotel itself is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the service is truly world-class. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will cherish the memories from our stay. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future!

Boa localização, equipe prestativa. Porta do banheiro não fechava direito, uma simples manutenção resolve.

Orlando took great care of us and even provided late night taxi service. Break fast buffet was the best.
